I felt very safe in the hotel it was quiet, and the staff were excellent. On top of that, the breakfast was delicious with many options

The rooms are spacious and luxurious. Besides the design and architecture of the entire hotel is mesmerizing. And the breakfast was one of the best I ever had. You should go for it even if it seems to be a bit expensive

Lovely hotel and staff very helpful

One of the bigger and now older hotels of Mumbai suburbs. Excellent service and a great place to meet your clients. Food in some of their restaurants is very very good. A great breakfast with a good spread

Good experience overall, lot of mosquitos though service team has put many mosquitos repellent in the room. Room was spacious and very good service.

A big size midern hotel in the midway between the airport and the tourist attractions such as Gate of India… Good breakfast and fast front office service. Outside the hotel too many mosquitos ( clouds ) at night.

Meals were on point (considering me being health freak), food was clean and upto the mark. A few locations as Marine drive, Gateway of India, Hotel Taj - everything is so nearby to roam around

Mid size hotel with brilliant staff and great Thai restaurant. Location quite good as well with the new roads coming into play

The hotel is great and the room has a great view. Everything was great, the only problem that I had was a food poisoning. The hotel is doing a lot to take precautions but maybe something more can be done

The highlight of the room was the well-appointed bathroom and convenient walk-in closet. I liked the beautiful view of the hippodrome. In addition, I received a great offer for accommodation! Keep it up Four Seasons

Four a 5 star and four seasons abit underwhelming. Rooms are pretty small, bathroom looks out dated, and reception area is very small

Breakfast buffet area also looks like a 3 star hotel, however the ground floor Breakfast is nice. Overall would not stay here again as very over priced for the quality of the hotel

Rooftop bar is good fun and the 33rd floor is a good place for business meetings. Restaurant on the ground floor also served good food and the staff were all very attentive and friendly

Great stay at the FS Mumbai. Lives up to its brand name. While a lot of the hotel is under renovation and construction, it’s still a comfortable stay. Would stay again.

Service was extremely slow at breakfast - where we waited almost 55 minutes for a cup of tea and to place an order. Other than that the experience was amazing.

The hospitality here is always family like. The location is spot on & helps you travel around ease. The reception could be fast moving & more efficient.

The view is to die for!The view is the best part of this hotel. But to be honest it has become little old. It’s furniture and rooms are not so impressive

People and staff are nice but I would skip staying here again since it’s a 5 star property but doesn’t give that vibe

The bed was clean, but the floor had many stains and wasn’t super clean. The bathroom was fine, but the glass hadn’t been cleaned since I could see handprints on it from previous guests. The staff was very nice though

I also had the opportunity to meet the new chef, who previously worked at Sea Princess Hotel, Juhu really appreciated both the chef and the entire team for preparing and serving the food with such love

We arrived at around 1:30 PM and stayed until 3 PM, and I must highlight one thing despite the time, the Mushroom Chilli remained just as crispy and flavorful as it was when first served

We ordered Mushroom Chilli, Chicken Kadhai, Roti, Steamed Rice, a Chicken Starter, Hakka Noodles, and for dessert, Butterscotch Ice Cream. The food quantity and taste were top-notch

Beautiful rooms, great room service coupled with a proximity to the beach. Had an amazing undisturbed party in the room and the experience was pretty high end.

There was nothing about this place to even give it a 4 star. This property deserves more than a 7 star! A must stay here if you're finding a place

Faulty telephone lines, dial room service and it goes to reception; call house keeping and they transfer calls to accounts division for a room service; front office have absolute no knowledge of basic amenities you can get around; requested for 2 water bottles and got a lame response that their policy is to give only one water bottle per room per day; had to call thrice to the room service for a sheet...

Room was nice and clean and very comfortable. Location is good. Will come back to stay here again as i had a comfortable stay
