Yet again another amazing stay at the Taj Hotel. Been multiple times now and I wouldn't stay anywhere else having stayed at the Taj. Amazing service, 10/10 Service from staff and a prime a location.

I’m not sure if this is standard practice for all guests, but it did catch me off guard, and made me feel uncomfortable especially given that this is a well-known international establishment

Opportunities The rooms are small and my room with a babycrib occupied the entire area with little area to stroll. The room did not come with all toiletries, although everything was provided on call

The management really went out of their way for us to help us with a few issues we had. Rooms on certain floors are very dated and can do with some improvements but they are aware of this already

The restaurants are nice albeit you need to be sure if you like the authetic flavours from South Indian cuisine. As the paneer dish tasted a bit bitter due to different spices used in South Indian cuisine

The hotel is conveniently located 15-20 minutes by taxi from the hotel. There were stains on the carpet; the desks and bedside tables weren't clean

The hotel location is good near to airport but the property itself is very old and has a old kind of vibe to it with dim lightings plus few amenities they offer are actually old torn off or broken, for me it was the kettle, However the staff is good and polite, would still rate over good score

The hotel is conveniently located close to Terminal 1. There's a swimming pool on the rooftop. The bed and linens were comfortable. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a separate shower

On the downside, the Wi-Fi was not free

Breakfast is good Hotel looks old, but overall is ok We ask hotel to arrange the pick up in advance but still have to wait around 30 mins, not sure what went wrong.

As far as cleaning they don't come and clean on regular basis or change towels you have to call them two or three times then only staff comes. Basically it has a good ambience but it is not a 5 star hotel

On Saturday evening, we got dropped on the road and had to walk up in the ramp to the hotel entrance, because of congestion cars can’t get inside

Gifted a wedding night to a friend. Staff was courteous, room well made, the hotel even provided complimentary cake, nice chocolates and a bouquet of flowers all on the house. My friend enjoyed the experience thoroughly

Even though it's a 5-star hotel, it felt a bit dated. The room had a musty smell and was a bit damp, probably due to a poor ventilation system. Overall, it was acceptable though.

My experience there was amazing. The security was pretty tight: metal detectors, car searches, X-ray belt, etc. The breakfast was really good, clean, and had a nice variety for guests to choose from

Hidden gem in Mumbai! Located just right next to a fancy Palladium Mall, you will find almost everything you want within this neighbourhood. We stayed in Suite room, which is also has a 24-hours butler service

Overall clean, just a bit old. The phone buttons didn't work. The location is a real winner though.

I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

Great over all experience. Located on Juhu Beach in a very upmarket area with lots of dining choices should you care to step out. Pool and rooms were spotlessly clean. Superb ambience in all the in-house restaurants.

Rooms are decent, with a great view of natural beauty. One can sit there for hours and won't get bored. The seaside view is simply amazing. If you wanna click some selfies, go to the lawn and be amazed
