D Inn in Delhi City

The rooms are really dirty and unhygienic. There are a lot of cockroaches in the bathroom. There are even stains of paan(vimaal, jubaan kesari etc) everywhere in the room. The service is not at all good. There will be no response when aksed for hot water etc. And even the hot water is available for only 10-30 mins in the morning. They wouldn't give more hot water when asked. There is only one thing that i liked is the location which is really close to the railway station. I wouldn't prefer for you this hotel for staying.

Oyo 2373 Hotel D inn is a good Hotel with Good location with Good Rooms and everything even with Good helper
Actually I like this hotel so 1 come here ever i came Delhi but in my last 2-3 visit i am not feeling Satisfied at here
Specially after You change the Receptionist.
He is so bad, i booked room through oyo he told me he dont have rooms and keep waiting me for 1 -2 hour after checkin, he turns off Ac in morning and even Denied breakfast .
In my Last visit he did something surprising he denied checkin saying you have to upgrade to deluxe room from oyo app , Why should i upgrade and pay more if i had booked my room earlier , and then we have to leave the hotel unhappy
I RESPECT OYO TEAM SO I TAKE MY PRECIOUS TIME AND WRITE about IT , ITS UPTO YOU

its my request to change that guy as soon as possible ( Day shift guy) or watch your hotel going down in ratings as it is going 🙏

If it was possible,I would give less than one star. The whole stay was horrible.
The room, that was offered to us, had lice in bed (enough of them to be spotted immediately on the bed sheets). The room we were offered to instead, smelled horribly. The air condition unit was moldy and thus unusable. Area around hotel was really shady (some locals even warned us not to wander around). Staff wasn't friendly or professional.
Avoid this place.
