Hotel Green Castle in Delhi City

Very Cooperative staff .. had a great experience with AZAM SIR . ALSO had a great experience at this hotel. The room was neat and comfortable, and the housekeeping was on point. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The food quality was also good. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. Would definitely visit again!

Excellent service and location for travelers
Liked: The staff are great! I requested a room change from 102 to 111 due to noise, and they handled it instantly. The location is unbeatable for catching a bus or metro, as it's right by Kashmere Gate.
Disliked: Some rooms (like 102) face a noisy road and construction site. The neighborhood itself is a bit rough around the edges and feels underdeveloped.

Stayed for 2 weeks, hope this review helps everyone who's looking hotel stay.

Pros:
1.Excellent central location, just about 100 meters from Kashmere Gate Metro Station, which connects three metro lines and is very convenient for travel.
2.Friendly and cooperative hotel staff.
3.Room was clean and well maintained.
4.Outside food is allowed, which is a plus.
5.Easy access to metro, buses, and nearby areas, making it a good choice for transit stays.

Overall stay was comfortable with minor adjustments.

Cons
1.Very low water pressure in the shower, which increases bathing time.
2.The shower-to-tap switch is faulty; the knob needs to be held continuously, otherwise water flows back through the tap.
3.A rat was seen roaming in the room and in common areas of the hotel. While not a major issue, it affects hygiene perception.
4.Due to the nearby bus terminal, the area is quite noisy and the room soundproofing is poor.
5.Electric kettle was not provided despite the room tariff being above ₹2,500.

Overall Experience A good stay mainly due to the prime location and cleanliness, but improvements are needed in room maintenance, noise insulation, and basic amenities to enhance guest comfort.

Service was good. Location was conveniently by the bus. Area was chaotic, but it's Delhi. They had cameras and it felt secure, although I wish they had additional locks inside the doors besides just the key lock.

A Special Stay We spent a weekend at this hotel and had a great time. The check in and check out process was very smooth. Our room was having a perfect window view of old monument. The staff here also told us about the history of this hotel which gives us more interest in staying here. If you really wanted to have a perfect and different view then this is most suggested place. The breakfast was simple but very perfect. Thank you so much Hotel Green Castle for making our stay a perfect one. 😄
