Every time I come to Delhi I stay at Florence Inn itself. It was my fourth stay here. It is clean and close to shops and metro. They provide very good service, Mr Santosh Kumar is so very helpful as he did his best to make my stay comfortable and easy. He arranged for airport pick up n drop off and other outings as well. So very grateful that I had a secure and comfortable stay as a solo lady traveller. The restaurant staff as well are amazing . It's without doubt one of the best hotels close to Ajmal Khan road. Will choose Florence Inn whenever I visit Delhi. Just love this place. Thanks to the whole team.

No hot water. My room was beside house keeping and the phone kept ringing and waking me up at night. Staff wanted to charge me much higher price than market for water and snacks. Towels didn’t seem that clean either.

I recently stayed at Hotel Elegance for three nights and overall I was extremely impressed. The location is very convenient — just a 10-minute walk from the metro station and in a safe, quiet part of the city. On arrival we were greeted warmly, check-in was smooth, and our room was ready a good 20 minutes ahead of time. The room itself was clean and comfortable: large king-size bed, excellent blackout curtains and a very quiet air-conditioner (which was a blessing after sightseeing). The bathroom was modern with a rain-shower and a good supply of toiletries. Housekeeping did a great job — everything was immaculate each morning. Breakfast was a highlight: there was a wide variety of hot and cold options, including local specialties and fresh fruit. The staff on the buffet were attentive, replenishing items quickly and offering prompt coffee service. What really stood out for me was the service — especially at the front desk. On day 2 I asked if they could arrange a later checkout (we had a late afternoon flight) and they kindly extended it at no extra charge.
