Decent Place. Clean rooms. Stayed for 5 days. Food is also good. The cook makes yummy breakfast. Staff is supportive. Only negative i found is that Menu is little expensive. For lunch and dinner, food can be ordered from outside eateries. Would recommend this place to people who are looking for economical stay in Delhi.

Decent place but lacks a bit of expertise. Payment methods need to be updated. The rooms are clean and clean towels and other toiletries are provided. Housekeeping is good. The staff are cordial.

Very pleasant n peaceful place, only requires room service like cleaning, some hot plate n basic requirements needs in case of a small family with a baby than food n milk need to prepared, some rack to dry clothes etc rest all service good

Very unclean toilets, no toothbrush in room, no room slippers..
They ask you to pay during check-in but don’t even care to give you receipts.

I stayed at this hotel as solo traveller for 1 day.
It is nice, clean and offer good service.
It has market area nearby and connect almost all prominent areas of South Delhi in case someone plans to visit multiple locations in a day or two.
The name of hotel is not displayed so its a little difficult to identify at the first visit but would recommend locating it using google maps and searching it using the block no . 7 or make a call at reception and request to send someone outside main gate to confirm it. Once identified, its easier later on.
I rate this excellent for its location and good for its service.

Located in South Ex, it is a walking distance from the metro. Located in the residential area it is free from the hustle bustle of Paharganj. We were upgraded to a suite (free of cost) containing an additional very big (15x30ft) drawing dinning room with dining table, 3 + 3 sofa, TV (which did not work). The bed room had a big bed, working desk, chair and TV (which worked after repeated request). The bedroom had damps in many places. Our room included complementary breakfast. The breakfast was actually served in the room (dinning hall) containing some puri sabji and coffee. Quality of the breakfast was very below expectation. Room service was slow. Even at the time of departure at 10:30 in the morning, the guy at the reception could not provide us bill (hardcopy) since the manager was not present. The property is very big and they should maintain it properly.
