The hotel bill palace is good to stay

Terrible old and dirty hotel. This hotel has no soul and is as basic as it gets. You have to call room service 10 minutes before to get a hot shower. So they can heat up the boiler. No power sockets near the bed. Breakfast only between 08:00 and 09:00. Dangerously old elevator. And a smelly dirty bathroom. Terrible experience.

Bad experience. Dirty, old unfriendly. You have to call to get Hot water for shower. Also the elevator is very scary and old. Not a recommended place to be. It is a place without a soul. The breakfast is only until 09:00 from 08:00. It is way past its prime.

306 room ambience is good. But street location is not good. Staffs hospitality is good but tv options and lift facility not good.

We has wonderful experience in the Hotel. Karan and Ajeet Singh were extremely helpful to us, I strongly recommend anyone coming to Delhi, The house keeping Staff Murli and Suresh and Phoolchand were great as well. We really appreciate and shall surely come back.

We were a group of women traveling from Nepal, unsure of where to stay, until my senior recommended this hotel to me and let me tell you, it was probably the best decision to stay here. The prices were reasonable, the rooms were clean and the staffs were super helpful and friendly, and most importantly we felt safe staying here.

The hotel is much better than what it's rated. We shifted from Pahadgunj hotel to Hotel Bill Palace, Karolbagh. The room, the linen were very neat and clean. The room service was excellent👌.
The breakfast at the hotel was very simple with limited option but believe me the food was like home made food😋. Salute to the owner of the hotel who checks the quality of the food himself👌.
The staff at the hotel is very polite and co-operative👌.

Excellent property location, very central to access all renowned places in new delhi. Very close and walkable distance to karol bagh metro clean rooms, good bathroom, good food on order

SBI Holiday Home is located here. It is in the heart of Karol Bagh, New Delhi. Lots of eateries around and lots of clothes and fashion accessories for bargain hunters.The place is full of activity.

You can get food from this restaurant upto 3 A.M, it is the only restaurant in Karol bagh where u can get food but it is limited to parcels only and not dine in.

Good but not realy satisfied with the food. Drinks are limited you dont have many choice.

Kadai Chicken is one dish they have served consistently good. Quality of other food items have deteriorated recently. However, it is still better than other nearby outlets serving north indian cuisine. Worth visiting if ur really hungry and don't wanna take chances. Bar menu is also good. Ambiance is small but soothing. Prices are also reasonable.
