Worst hotel experience I’ve had in India. The room was moldy and had a terrible stench. I paid extra for a larger room, but instead was given what felt like the worst room in the hotel. This place doesn’t deserve even one star.

Hotel Shipra is one of the best hotels in Paharganj. The services are excellent especially the Owner Sh. Gaurav and Manager Sh. Jatin are extremely helpful.
I recommend this Hotel for family stay in Paharganj, New Delhi.

I stay at hotel more than 5 days the rooms are pleasant and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. It near new delhi railway station so it convenient for travel to other city immediately. The rooms rates are affordable and convenient for customers. The receptionist was kind and helpful towards always give best advice to the customer. I recommend you The Shipra International Hotel for staying.

Room was not clean , unhygenic..cockroaches roaming around, ameneties were se bad...not recommended. Bedsheets were not clean...Overall not value for money..just a 500/- priced room

Shipra International Hotel offers comfortable rooms, providing a pleasant stay with good amenities. However, we had a bit of a mixed experience with their customer service. We forgot our charger in the room, and although they kept it safe for us, they didn't call to inform us. It was only after two days that we realized the charger was still with them. While it's good that they ensured its safety, a quick call or message would have been appreciated to make the process smoother. Overall, the room was good, but a bit more proactive communication would have improved the experience.

I booked this hotel for my father but he had a very poor experience.They don’t switch on the AÇ despite paying for an AC room citing reason that weather is ok so mo AC needed. My father had to fight to get the AÇ switched on. They don’t even have a printed menu and you give you the menu written in a disgusting handwriting in a piece of paper. Good luck understanding the menu. Next they dint have hot water coming out of the tap and they had to bring a bucket of hot water. After a lot of fights,they changed his room and next day he checked out.
You can find better services at hotel priced at half of this in and around the area.
Never ever go to this hotel.

Good hotel in one of the best location.
Rooms may be not up to the mark but overall it has all basic amenities and service they provide to guest is top notch. One of the most important thing every guest want to have is safety when you have family along with you. And I felt very safe. Person at reception was very humble and guided me correct best possible way for all query I had. Definitely recommended.
