Rooms are little better than the average. Location is very good with lot of food options. Just opposite to Jama Masjid.

I had a terrible stay at Hotel Al Gulzar. The toilet had a broken commode, the room was extremely cramped, and the service was awful. No one ever answered calls to the reception, and the staff—including the manager—were dishonest and very rude. The place is overpriced for the poor quality they offer. Overall, it felt like a scam. I strongly advise others to stay elsewhere. This hotel is not worth your time or money.

The room was foul smelling causing extreme trouble. Staff declined room change. There is no lift. One has to climb 3 to 4 stairs causing immense trouble to elders and children. Staff is not so friendly.

Not good room condition and service is too low bad size is not too good, bathroom is not clean well and all things is too cheap. Glasses and jug is too dirty and staff behaviour is so rude. All of this hotel is not good for stay.
