Good comfortable hotel, conveniently located in Kuningan and near the golden triangle.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. It's not a proper hotel; it's an apartment building converted into one. The bathroom smelled terrible, probably due to poor odor control, and even after asking the hotel to fix it, nothing changed. The facilities are old, and the air conditioning is very noisy.

Mixed feeling
Upon arrival the initial room assigned was a major letdown, which immediately affected our comfort level. More concerning were the cleanliness issues: we found a stain on the bed linens pillow blanket and the sofa.
On the positive side, the room was very large and spacious, offering plenty of room to move around.
Fortunately, the front desk staff were understanding and professional when we raised these concerns. Manager Arry promptly arranged for us to move to a different room. The second room was much cleaner and significantly improved our stay (I forget to take picture of the second room).
While our initial experience was poor due to the condition of the first room, we appreciate the hotel's quick and effective resolution of the issue.
Breakfast not bad, morethan enough to fill our stomach. For the price we've paid I think worth it, hotel also have afternoon tea on lobby for hotel guests every 5-7pm if I am correct. And hotel also connect to Epiwalk mall, a small mall but there is a supermarket on B1 and plenty restaurant.
Overall The Grove Suite by Grand Aston is recommended especially for family or business.

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in.

The location is central to business district and walking distance to Epicentrum Mall with sufficient selection of restaurants, coffee shops and a supermarket. Room is huge and comfortable.

My room was opd and not maintained so well.
The air conditioning is old, noise and not working properly.
The A/C remote controller has a damaged display.
The toilet was dirty with many Brown dirty presence almost on every corner.
The shower curtain is old, durty and not nice.
Shower head is old, durty and not working well.
Not all electric wall plugs are working.
Sofa is with stains.
Bed mattress very used.

Checked it out on Saturday night, busy with alot of foreign clientel, typical loud band playing the same covers songs over and over. Sat upstairs, then waited for service that never came, went down to then be told we had to move outdoors as they didn't have enough waiters to manage upstairs. Very strange as they're were other people up there allready and the place was no way near packed with waiters everywhere.

The atmosphere is not too bad, the staff is normal, but the price is really expensive. I paid 200K for just two draft beer.(in happy hour) If you want to drink, you have many options in Plaza Festival better than here. Only for expats, who don't check their bills.

The more formal counterpart to nearby Aphrodite. Similar menu but more upscale with DJs and bands of an evening and less sport than over the road. Cocktails are good and strong and there is a good range of beer.

Last time we ordered, and as my husband does not speak very good Indonesian, they fool him and gave him all the drumsticks in a bucket of 9 chicken. And this time we ordered and they let us wait for 1 hour plus the deliverer told us he does not have the change which we clearly mention when we ordered that we will pay in 2x 100k bills, so we told him we mentioned it already then he gave us small coins for the change in total of 45k! Pooor bad bad service!!! Grr.
