I was located on top floor 47 in unique room.
The view was beautiful and location was good.
But the service was terrible. I asked for some tissues as none in room 3 times and never got any. Lift also kept getting stuck so was very frustrating.
Room wasn’t very clean and no smart tv.
Overall don’t think it’s worth the price of £70 a night.

Great location, right inside the mall which is very convenient. The king room was spacious, and the twin room on the top floor had a fantastic view.

Good location especially when it’s raining outside and you need food, it’s located right in a mall! Walking distance to MRT and bus stations, near to Plaza Senayan and Senayan City which add on food options. Price is reasonable just that the shower has a bit of leaking problem which makes the floor towel wet otherwise everything is good.

Hotel location is good, located in a mall hence everything is rather accessible. Great place to stay in if you'd like to visit Gelora Bung Karno. Breakfast was rather good, lots of traditional food to try everyday. Only shortfall would probably be them not providing enough water and charging extra even though tap water isn't drinkable

I'd only recommend this place if you happen to stay at the hotel in the premise, have nothing to do and it's past mall hours and you feel like listening to live music and drink alcohol, but you don't feel like going out, like at all. No, not that the place serves really crappy food or unjustified price tag, no, just forgettable and mediocre. Otherwise, go somewhere else. Jakarta is full of much better restaurants/bars/entertainment to choose from.
