I book but don't stay as the booking was confusing.. Email not responded till end. Change dates also not been entertain.. So I will discourage my family and friends from staying here.

An old hotel so expect to have some minor difficulties for the furnitures. Alas everything is is great and it's also so cheap. Location is great, a bit to the north where the weather is a lot nicer but still close to the city center. Hospitality is also great!

I had my first stay at this hotel, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is located on Ir. Juanda Street, where the air is quite cool and refreshing.
The building itself is old, but it is still well maintained. The reception desk is located on the right side of the main lobby, although I didn’t notice any clear signage. The check-in process was smooth. I only received one room card, but since the electricity doesn’t require a key card to operate, it wasn’t an issue.
The room was spacious with a comfortable double bed. However, cleanliness could be improved as I noticed a small stain on the bedsheet. The bathroom was also large and had a functional bathtub with hot water available, which was a nice touch.
For breakfast, the menu options were quite limited, and the taste could be better. There was also a long queue at the omelette station since only one staff member was cooking and serving.
Despite being an older property, I enjoyed my stay. The swimming pool is quite large, and they also have a hot tub, which adds extra value to the experience. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay, especially if you don’t mind an older building.
It's the second time i stay in this hotel. I got the executive which include a balcony, even the balcony itself don't have a view (just houses nearby). I think the room on the right side (the same side as the receptionist) has a little bit narrow corridor and a bit dark. They can improve this maybe.
Breakfast during ramadhan is very limited. The taste also so so, not delicious but not that bad also.

absolutely great resort! the breakfast menu is great and tasty, the swimming pool and waterfall is great with a hot water tub beside, the view of the room is great with a big balcony, the bathroom with a bathup perfect to release tiredness after holiday, the live music at night welcoming us to enter, the transparant view of the lift was also a great experience!

Just absolutely loved this hotel and hope to return. A bit dated, but the woodwork is outstanding with beautiful beams, doors and staircases. Very family oriented with lots of options for the kids. The pool and gym are clean and well maintained. Rooms spacious and comfortable and clean. The staff are all friendly and helpful and so welcoming.

Menu sarapan jadul, gak worth it dgn charge per orang 165K (buat makan d seafood 38 better). Nasi goreng asal bikin, sayur sawi putih only. Masuk kamar posisi sprei and bantal spt abis ada yg tidurin. Kusut, d aplikasi view pool, masuk view genteng. Apa maksud karpet ada di meja ya? Mana dekil pula (check photo).
Pintu kamar mandi rusak susah d tutup, nginep 2 malam tp gak ada penawaran aqua and sabun juga pasta gigi baru d esok harinya. Untung ada gosend yg bs belanjain.
Plus nya parkiran aja luas.
