Khayangan Jogja has a nice atmosphere, but my overall impression was mixed. There are some clear shortcomings, especially with the condition of the private villa rooms, which made me hesitant about staying again or recommending it without caution. The place has potential, but it really needs better upkeep to make the experience more consistent.

If you prefer quiet stays surrounded by nature, you will like this place.
You cann see Merapi from this hotel, have big garden and river behind the hotel.
The hotel is quite dark at night but the room and the bathroom were clean.

Nice hotel for relax, feels like in bali, the public pool was not ready for use, then the staff direct us to the private pool. Thank you mbak.

The room design is really aesthetic, the natural atmosphere is beautiful, there is a river flowing around the room.

Quiet, calm, quite good for short gate-away from busy city. The downside is that there was no mineral water available at the breakfast buffet. They didn’t display it or let us know where to find it. The waitress didn’t ask if we wanted any mineral water either.
This was supposed to be 5/5, but should be rated 4/5 at least for this.
Keep improving. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.
Thanks.

A pleasant holiday, clean rooms, smooth water, incomplete amenities, no slippers, no hair dryer, suggestions for the swimming pool, please clean it regularly due to falling leaves, quiet and cozy, I will schedule it again, thank you Khayangan 💝

Spent 2 nights on nye here. I got 50% discount from base rate. The room are decent. Quiet and lovely neighborhood. Love the view from our rooms. Unfortunately, the pool was dirty. And the don't have enough staff. There's only one staff at the restaurant and she looks overwhelmed. However, the service is good. I read some review about this villa says "HORROR, CREEPY, HAUNTED" its not true!!! Overall, my partner and I were happy to stay here.

The room was so dirty. So many stains on the bedsheet and bathroom, lots of bugs inside the room, no room key, smelly. We asked to change the room and it only got worse. The staff did not even apologize for this inconvenience, we asked for a refund but they wouldn’t give us. This hotel is a total scam as they claim to be a 5 star resort/hotel but the quality is far below 1 star hotel.
