Generally very good for the price, I mean for less than IDR 200K it’s impressive you can get 200+ square foot room.

Pros:
- Secured parking lot for motorcycle and car
- Quite friendly staff, especially the morning gardener, she’s a bit old but she’ll greet you in the morning when you opened your room window,
- Good location, just 5 minutes from Train Station, 15 minutes from airport, and around 5 minutes from Marlioboro.
- Very affordable room for the size, for 180K you get 225 sq-ft room.
- Very big bed, not really comfortable though.
- The AC is cool, it’s capable of keeping the room below 22°C when it’s around 30 outside

Cons
- The staffs aren’t really professional, you’ll see some of them sleeps at the lobby at night.
- The room is quite dated, the lighting isn’t bright for doing serious work at night.
- They are using separated water heater for each room, the power of the each heater is weak, and it has very small water tank. Don’t expect full heated shower for more than 3 minutes.
- They have Wi-Fi, but not really fast
- Because the parking lot is secured (it’s gated), you have to inform the front desk each time you want to go out.
- The is only one power outlet at the desk in your room, and you have to share it with water kettle, TV, and your laptop charger.

I stayed for 3 nights. Overall was okay. Mrs Titi treated her guests very well.
The building was classic and my room was clean. Hot water shower, ac and tv are working well. The facility suites the price.
To malioboro street you would need a bike transportation, not a walking distance.
Overall i enjoyed my stay

Nice atmosphere and clean. In the middle of city centre and near malioboro and Tugu jogja.
