We spent two nights here. The day before our arrival, they sent us a message to confirm our reservation. We informed them that we would check in a bit late, and they welcomed us with a smile. The check-in process was fast and smooth. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. During our stay, breakfast was served à la carte. We chose the menu the night before. The breakfast was wonderful, and the portion was generous—perfect for me. Overall, we had an amazing time at Java Villas. Big thanks to all the staff for being so friendly and helpful.

Overall we had a good time. It is well located and quaint. Just bare in mind that it is slightly outdated.

The place is beautiful and has an incredible potential. The only down side was the dirty toilet and smell upon arrival. With a clean bathroom, this place would be a 5/5.

Was quite affordable and everything is ok but facilities are too old with some room for renovation and room and towels are not really clean.

I have booked a room from January 25 to 27, 2025, but after I arrived at the hotel, I had not rested, sweating and carrying my luggage, but was transferred to another hotel far away with the excuse that the hotel management was full, even though we had made a booking 2 weeks in advance using the TRIP booking application. But it turned out that there were no rooms, said the receptionist. That was my experience booking the Java The Boutique Villa Hotel in Jogja, it really ruined my family event.

When you arrive in Java villa boutique hotel, you fell like in a little heaven, it looks gorgeous & relaxing inside with the pool, the plants and the whole reception & common area. It is located in a super nice area, close to restaurants and small shop and close enough from marlioboro. Staff is really nice as always in Indonesia. I absolutely recommend the place !

Enjoy stay at the hotel, only minor of wifi doesn’t connect in the room very well, so whenever I wanted to go online need to step out at the lobby.

The staffs were very hospitable. The location is also great and near to the popular sites like the malioboro street. Will definitely be back if I’m back in jogja!

The hotel was in a place that was very convenient to me and it was a very nice place on itself, the staff was very good and nice. The room was spacious and contained all I needed. Only maintainance lacked a bit and the waterpressure was low. People who worked in the hotel did feel like family after some time and were open to suggestions. I will surely book in this place again!!

Rib eye and chicken steak are good, the price can be considered cheap. The drinks are good too. The waitress wasn't friendly.

Located amongst a plethora of guest houses this place is great. The mexican food is on point and the nachos were great. The ambience is very tourist oriented. They have live music and they are pretty good. Bule and local will feel very comfortable here. They have table service which is really nice. The facilities are clean. One extra draw is that they have a billiard table here. A little slice of merica haha

Good food- price is good and in a Happy hour 38k for a big Bintang? No hidden taxes/ for service, charges or paying with creditcard. Stuff was friendly and spoke englisch... Nothing to claim for ?? i definetly come back??
