It’s been three days since I requested a repair for the air conditioner, but it’s still not cooling. I was only given the option to use a fan instead. There has been no proper handling of the AC issue. I also asked to change rooms, but that request was ignored, and the AC problem was left unresolved. In addition, the Wi-Fi in the room doesn’t work because it’s too far from the router.

1. Receptionist service is even worse than rooms. Failing to solve simple issues.
2. Dirty yellow water in the shower, sink, toilet.
3. Cockroaches.
4. Drainage from toilet is connected to shower. So you can experience some unexpected smells while showering.
5. Entire bathroom is pretty dirty
Seems like they only clean lobby. The rest of the hotel feels like dumpster
But the mattress is great 🤷♂️

The most horrible is the water. It has the black sands!
We called the staff to see the problem and the response is really slow!
We had to go down to the receptionist to complain about the water!
Additionally if you're foreigner, just don't come to this hotel. The receptionist doesn't speak English.

Homie place to stay in Yogyakarta. Really like to stay here. Very strategic location, easy to find, tasty breakfast, quite large car park, and helpful staffs. I think its an old fashioned hotel but they really make it up well enough so that we can really enjoy our stay. Price does makes sense. Swimming pool is available but I rarely see people swim there. The room was comfy. The AC and mini refrigerator work well. Minus : in my room, the bed cover looked dirty (not a big deal for me that time). Their breakfast is usually really simple but tasty. Overall really recommended!!

Good place with reasonable price, although the room is quite dark / surreal, but very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is somewhat nice, but not too complete

Perfect place to stay, huge bedroom, nice bathroom, got a beautiful Jogja view from 5th stair, and all facilities worked; ac, fridge, hot shower, hairdryer). Will rebook next holiday here, because several times stayed Jogja got ZONK hotels before)

Stopped and have a break in this hotel after a long way driving from Surabaya. The room are spacious, neat and tidy. It's a great value for money hotel for a business trip or family vacation in Yogyakarta.

Great place to have your breakfast. The beefs are fresh. There is a band playing local songs and they are surprisingly good!

Decent quality Chinese restaurant. Offers good soup. They also have a dim-sum menu where they've doubled all the prices and then put in a "always 50% off" to try to fool intelligent people like myself into thinking they're getting a deal. Of course, they've failed. Still, every now and then, specially at an odd-hour (since the dim-sum is available 24-hours, unlike their regular menu), I'll go to this restaurant.
