The location is in an elite area, quiet, not noisy, spacious secure parking, there is a cafe just crawl, check in is fast. Heritage usually has a rather dark and gloomy connotation, old furniture, stuffy.... ohhhh not at all. The exterior is a kawung batik theme combined with bright wall paint colors, beautiful. The lobby interior is also unique ethnic, not old-fashioned furniture. The corridor is fragrant, the room I booked a family room contains 2 double beds, double pillows, quite spacious, there is a sofa, mini fridge, kettle, the room is clean, neat, bright and modern, not musty when entering, cold AC, shower with hot water, hot water is okay and abundant, only the TV in my room is not a smart one, fast wifi, buffet breakfast is also flowing continuously until 9 am is still available, the menu includes chicken porridge, omelet, milk and cereal, soup, rice with chicken side dishes, pudding dessert. The indoor swimming pool is quite large.
The location is near the city center so it is close to everywhere.

The hotel is strategically located, our family is happy to stay here because it is close to dr. Yap's eye hospital. There are many good and delicious restaurants around the hotel. The atmosphere around the hotel is cool because there are many big trees. The staff are friendly. Anyway, if I go to Jogja, I will stay here again. Thank you Sagan Heritage Hotel.

I ordered 3 different rooms because of limited rooms available...
The superior room we used was more expensive than the other two rooms, but the quality was far below the cheaper standard room...
In the superior room, the bathroom has a shower, in the standard room the room is even more spacious + the bathroom has a bathtub...
That's it, the size is narrow, the bed is small... it doesn't match the photo... the photo shows a big bed, but the info says it's an extra bed...
Yes, we added an extra bed 1... it turns out the bed is also small and doesn't match the picture...

Cleanliness is also lacking... there are cockroaches in the room...

Initially we intended to book 1 more room of the standard type, the clerk said it was available... after we discussed it with the family, we decided to add 1 more room... but it turned out the hotel clerk said the rooms were empty after all had been booked...

We are used to traveling as a family to other cities & different hotels... but this time it was really the most disappointing...
