I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel 101 and appreciate the comfort and facilities provided. However, I would like to express my concern regarding the check-in service. Unfortunately, the process took almost one hour beyond the scheduled check-in time, which caused a rather long wait for guests.

I kindly hope that the check-in system can be improved to ensure a smoother and faster process, so guests can access their rooms without unnecessary delays in the future.

Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to seeing improvements on my next visit.

Hotel is convenietly located near Malioboro Street where all the main action is in Yogja. It is also a good point for pickup to tours in the city or the surrounding destinations.

The staff were friendly and courteous and overall service excellent. Highly recommended!

This hotel is a good choice for travelers as well as for office meetings. The staff provide excellent service, and most of the food is delicious. I think this hotel has a strategic location for those who enjoy traveling around Malioboro but prefer to avoid the crowds.

The best located hotel in the center of tugu and close to anywhere you want.food stalls and coffee and convinience store were around. The hospitality from the staff and also welcome sweets in the room made your day more happy. As well as coffee machine also availble in the room.

Nice location. 10 minute walk from/to Jogja train station and Malioboro Road. Big swimming pool. Big buffet breakfast selection. Helpful and friendly staff throughout the hotel.
