First of all, the front desk staff were not welcoming or helpful. Their attitude felt cold and indifferent, which already set a negative tone for the stay.More importantly, I was assigned a very poor-quality room. The soundproofing was extremely bad, and the room was located right next to what seemed to be a main system or mechanical area. There was a constant loud humming noise throughout the entire night, making it almost impossible to rest properly.I reported this issue to the staff, but they only offered a verbal apology and took no real action to resolve the problem. No room change, no follow-up, and no effort to fix the issue. This kind of passive response was very disappointing.the room facilities were quite outdated. The showerhead was old and covered with limescale, and overall maintenance seemed to be lacking.
Overall, I am very dissatisfied with this stay. The hotel’s service attitude and problem-solving ability are far below expectations. I would not choose to stay here again.
