Morrissey Hotel Residences in Jakarta

The location is fantastic, very central and close to everything. The room itself is quite basic and could benefit from some refurbishment. However, what truly made this stay exceptional was the outstanding customer service.

A special thank you to Syfira, who went above and beyond to help us plan our days and book our tours. She took the time to explain everything in detail, which we really appreciated. Beri gave us a warm and kind welcome during check-in on our first night, setting a great first impression. Jalu was incredibly professional and kind, consistently delivering five-star service. Fachri was also very helpful and efficient in assisting us with adding an extra night to our stay, it was such a smooth process.

I’d also like to acknowledge the housekeeping team working behind the scenes. They kept our room spotless, ensured our amenities were always replenished, and regularly topped up our water bottles, thank you for your hard work.

Overall, despite the room being quite basic, I would absolutely return without hesitation. The exceptional service from the entire team made all the difference. Thank you to everyone at Morrissey Hotel for making our stay so enjoyable.

Good hotel, many restaurant nearby, nice outdoor swimming pool. Location very good for those who are looking for street food in Jakarta. Staff are friendly and helpfull.

Morrissey hotel is a good hotel. The place is very strategic. I come there yesterday because of workshop. The place for workshop is vey comfort. And for the lunch is very delicious. For the price for package meeting is not expensive but the service is okay. I dont know about the room rate. Because I didnt stay there.

Love the place, the breakfast line up was amazing. The swimming pool is a bit small. But still okay. They have this mini kitchen in the room, that you can use for cooking simple dish.

Morrissey is good hotel. It has the best mushola ever than other hotel. The food is delicious and the staffs are helpful.

The importance to be improved: a few staff which pulled back unfinished coffee break snacks to be replaced a new one.

Previously, the good staff provides us to collect the rest of snack in packages which is very helpful for some participant who get fasting a day.

Another thing to get improved is internet connection which has old incorrect password to connect and slow access.
