He came by smiled & didn’t bring our food. He let us sit around & wait endlessly. When it came to desert he was gone for good. The head waiter asked us to move because they needed to clean up for breakfast

All the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, from the bellboy who brought up our bags immediately to the housekeeping who quickly replaced the iron in our room, to the barista who made an incredible latte at breakfast to the front desk who accomodated every request I made

The hotel was super clean, the staff were extremely nice and helpful They really stepped up their game on Shabbat and holiday meals So many choices to choose from and the quality of the food amazing From lamb chops to Veil and Great chicken options Highly recommend

Karim at the front desk and the meticulous housekeeping staff made sure our rooms were set with welcome treats for Hilton Honors status. Bilal the concierge helped us get a reservation for our favorite dinner of the trip

Later, we received a botlle of champagne and a rich chocolate cake alongside macaroons, to the room for our celebration, again, free of charge and without us even requesting it - they know how to treat guests

It is a simple 3-4 star hotel. That being said, the staff is very friendly and good. The breakfast was not gourmet but very good. and the location is fabulous. I would definitely return.

Exceptional service and atmosphere. Excellent location within walking distance of beautiful parks, shopping. One always has restful sleeping in this hotel. The Prima Royale is a hidden gem in Jerusalem

We have been particularly impressed by the fantastic level of service at this Prima Royale Hotel. Every one of the staff members really goes out of their way to help. Nothing is ever too much of a trouble

The hotel is beautiful, rooms are immaculately clean, and well-designed. This is the second Prima hotel in Israel where i have stayed, and I am developing brand loyalty at this point!

We did not stay at the hotel, but only visited it and went up to the rooftop observation deck; we sat in a cafe on the entrance floor. The service is good and the staff is courteous

I also shopped at the gift shop, which had some lovely and unique items, and very good service from staff. I am keen to go back to stay next time I am in Jerusalem

It is very religious, with the Pope's choice and even a church of its own. The renovation and protection of historical buildings is a good place to shoot photos.

From the moment I stepped out of the shuttle, I knew I made the right choice! The entry is gorgeous, proximity to Christian Quarter gates, shopping and everything a tourist would want, is conveniently located nearby.

Right in front of a gate to the old city and with the beautiful charm of a pilgrim hostel transformed into a hotel, rooms have this simple cloister feeling with is also adds nice touch Friendly atmosphere and not to forget the rooftop restaurant Everyone plans to come to Jerusalem someday, when you do - stay here

With parking on site for car rental and the best breakfast buffet (extra cost is well worth it-- especially if coming during the festivals)!

This was our rescue hotel after the one I originally booked was not as it seemed😮‍💨. I should have booked this one from the beginning. The breakfast (kosher), had many food varieties and was delicious

Wonderful place for our family. We made a last minute reservation and wasn’t expecting much. Was exactly what we needed and went beyond our expectations. Breakfast was so good with lots of options. Highly recommend

The location is close to the old city, next to Zion Square. One light rail stop away from Jaffa Gate, more than 10 minutes' walk. The hotel's breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good

The staff are very helpful, and the breakfast is varied and delicious. The hotel is very close to Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa, about a 10–12 minute walk

Great and Spacious Hotel, Very good stay for families. Wide Pool and several activities for children. The food is excellent - generous breakfast and nice food truck next to the pool. Great crew, especially Hiba and Alla

The staff was amazing, so sweet and helped alot. I was sick for couple of days and the reception kindly offered me tea twice just by mentioning it. Food was super good I enjoyed my stay , would definitely come again

The hotel is Big and nice inside. Our rooms were on the top floor over looking the city with the most beautiful sunset and sunrise. Service here was great the front desk helped us with getting transportation

It has a gym, one of the best equipped gym I’ve ever seen in a hotel. This wasn’t expected. Café is overpriced.

Not a bad hotel, located close to the old town. The furniture is definitely old, and the walls are a bit scuffed. However, the room is clean, and amenities like shampoo and shower gel are all provided.

The room was an excellent size, very clean and comfortable. The 2 issues I had were that there were no robes, and thus just 1 towel per person wasn’t enough

Hotel was spacious and perfect for our large group. The buffet breakfast and dinner option an excellent way to start and end the day. The gym, pool, sauna, steam room are a bit outdated but still great for using.

The room was ok, but cleanliness needs to be maintained, and some staff needs to be trained in how to greet and smile at the guests when they are on duty. Food was good tho.

Old place, carpets and elevators are dirty. I had to clean the table to use it. Dinner was good however no options of fruits, only watermelon...should increase options of health dishes

The gentleman that was at the desk when we picked up our bags to head to the airport was so knowledgeable and proud of the property that I think he should be allowed time to provide tours - they would be excellent!

The room is not big, but it is very clean. The location is very good, very close to the tram, 4 stops to the center station, and don't worry about traffic jam

The family owned business is just walking distance to the Old City, literally one block away, with many markets, and side vendors. The hotel owner was knowledgeable of culture, history, and hospitality

I didn’t stay at the hotel but I came to the restaurant to have a cool drink. Highly recommend the lemonade with mint (more like a fresh lemon slushie) which felt like a real treat

My wife and I spent a little over a week at the Jerusalem Hotel, and it was absolutely perfect! The hotel itself is owned and managed by a married couple, who are passionate about Jerusalem, and have imbued their hotel with the city’s rich history (for example, each room is dedicated to an influential woman who helped shape Jerusalem into the city you see today)

Therefore, I have no rating for that. We are looking to go back as a bigger family as our home base for some family celebrations coming up

Have been here before and will come back again! Great to have a little kitchen, living room, and bedroom.

Comfortable apartment with free car parking in a lovely location of Jerusalem.

We also received free breakfast for 2 mornings which helped us a bit with our experience

we hae a free parking place though no lights in the parking lot! We didn't like that this property didn't have a good Wi-Fi connection and the kids always complained. though one of the rooms was a safe room

Clean and pleasant space in an excellent location. Very good communication, and parking was a plus. We would definitely come back.
