Looks like it intended to be a very good and comfortable hostel with a lot of peculiar ideas in design and internal atmosphere. And definitely it used to be so

The room is not big, but it is very clean. The location is very good, very close to the tram, 4 stops to the center station, and don't worry about traffic jam

We did not stay at the hotel, but only visited it and went up to the rooftop observation deck; we sat in a cafe on the entrance floor. The service is good and the staff is courteous

I also shopped at the gift shop, which had some lovely and unique items, and very good service from staff. I am keen to go back to stay next time I am in Jerusalem

It is very religious, with the Pope's choice and even a church of its own. The renovation and protection of historical buildings is a good place to shoot photos.

From the moment I stepped out of the shuttle, I knew I made the right choice! The entry is gorgeous, proximity to Christian Quarter gates, shopping and everything a tourist would want, is conveniently located nearby.

Right in front of a gate to the old city and with the beautiful charm of a pilgrim hostel transformed into a hotel, rooms have this simple cloister feeling with is also adds nice touch Friendly atmosphere and not to forget the rooftop restaurant Everyone plans to come to Jerusalem someday, when you do - stay here

Great and Spacious Hotel, Very good stay for families. Wide Pool and several activities for children. The food is excellent - generous breakfast and nice food truck next to the pool. Great crew, especially Hiba and Alla

The staff was amazing, so sweet and helped alot. I was sick for couple of days and the reception kindly offered me tea twice just by mentioning it. Food was super good I enjoyed my stay , would definitely come again

The hotel is Big and nice inside. Our rooms were on the top floor over looking the city with the most beautiful sunset and sunrise. Service here was great the front desk helped us with getting transportation

It is a simple 3-4 star hotel. That being said, the staff is very friendly and good. The breakfast was not gourmet but very good. and the location is fabulous. I would definitely return.

Not a bad hotel, located close to the old town. The furniture is definitely old, and the walls are a bit scuffed. However, the room is clean, and amenities like shampoo and shower gel are all provided.

The room was an excellent size, very clean and comfortable. The 2 issues I had were that there were no robes, and thus just 1 towel per person wasn’t enough

This was our rescue hotel after the one I originally booked was not as it seemed😮‍💨. I should have booked this one from the beginning. The breakfast (kosher), had many food varieties and was delicious

The family owned business is just walking distance to the Old City, literally one block away, with many markets, and side vendors. The hotel owner was knowledgeable of culture, history, and hospitality

I didn’t stay at the hotel but I came to the restaurant to have a cool drink. Highly recommend the lemonade with mint (more like a fresh lemon slushie) which felt like a real treat

My wife and I spent a little over a week at the Jerusalem Hotel, and it was absolutely perfect! The hotel itself is owned and managed by a married couple, who are passionate about Jerusalem, and have imbued their hotel with the city’s rich history (for example, each room is dedicated to an influential woman who helped shape Jerusalem into the city you see today)

Hotel was spacious and perfect for our large group. The buffet breakfast and dinner option an excellent way to start and end the day. The gym, pool, sauna, steam room are a bit outdated but still great for using.

The room was ok, but cleanliness needs to be maintained, and some staff needs to be trained in how to greet and smile at the guests when they are on duty. Food was good tho.

Old place, carpets and elevators are dirty. I had to clean the table to use it. Dinner was good however no options of fruits, only watermelon...should increase options of health dishes

Whether we wanted to explore the Old City, grab a bite nearby, or just take in the local atmosphere, everything was so accessible. But hands down, the best part was the view

I was very pleased by my most recent stay at this property, reason i say most recent is I ended up rebooking it multiple times on this trip! I extended my reservation 2 times. It was pretty hard for me to leave

I want to also highlight the fact that my room was made up maybe like 10 minutes after I left and came back so they must have the flash working for housekeeping, also realized they gave me chocolate on night 3 so that was a nice surprise! Thank you to Anton and the pleasurable staff for extending an arm during my multiple stays

I was very pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the rooms. They aren’t so large but for my solo trip they were more than enough space. The area can not be more perfect, very centrally located a min walk to mamilla mall

I love this hotel because it's very quiet & the clerk is very friendly. EXCELLENT shower & air conditioner. I took a small room but i really like it. The only con is there's no refrigerator or safe

It's a simple hotel, with a good price for its location. The employees are always nice and can speak in a very good english. The only problem for me was the tight bathroom.

We stayed April 2016 9 days it was a great convenience and off the the Main Street. The front desk clerks were incredibly knowledgeable with detail about where and how to go anywhere in Israel

This is a family-run hotel and the family are so welcoming and the hotel is filled with artefacts throughout the family history which is so special

There is a large park also within walking distance and taxis are easy to get to from the hotel. The local cats are a cute plus!!

we hae a free parking place though no lights in the parking lot! We didn't like that this property didn't have a good Wi-Fi connection and the kids always complained. though one of the rooms was a safe room

Quiet Catholic guesthouse, close Damusca Gate, good breakfast.

We got a big, spacious room with attached bathroom. The linens were snow white, the room was spotless. The decoration and furniture were a bit basic, but fully functional. The staff was friendly and attentive

There is a small parking lot, if you’re lucky, you will be able to park there. The Damascus gate is about 10 min. walk from the hotel and the Tomb garden is even less. We enjoyed very much and definitely will stay again

Breakfast was good. Slightly different hot foods every day. Bed was comfortable and clean. Pillows were a little too soft and needed to use 2. 10 minute walk to Nablus/Damascus Gate.

We got 2nd floor (out of 6) (😒). The shower had plastics curtains. The window in the shower had no curtain and the light goes straight into the bedroom and to the eyes. Good service and good location

We loved the delicious breakfast (with comb honey) and the generous happy hour. The hotel is well located next to the Mahane Yehuda market and you can go by foot to all the good restaurants and bars
