After reading some of the other reviews, we had a very low expectation when checking into this hotel today. The check-in process was very smooth. Big hotel, not fancy but well located just few minutes from the Old City by walk. Rooms can fit any request from handicap to family rooms, twins, triple etc. and are spacious enough usually. Huge dining room with possibility to host private events in a separated area. Synagogue, parking, lobby bar, souvenirs shop also available at the hotel.

In my opinion, you should only book this hotel with a city view. That's the whole point. Waking up early in the morning, I'd sit by the window and watch the sunrise over the city. The taxi driver the hotel ordered to us for travel to the Navon train station in Jerusalem, cheated us. He took 150 shekel for about 4 km without traffic in the morning about 06.30! The price should be about 60 shekel. So the hotel should be more careful which taxidriver they order for their guests.

The hotel is directly across the street from the Great Synagogue in Jerusalem. Super convenient for the holidays. They offer meals for all of the holiday days.Shabbat elevators. Kosher. Services in the hotel itself if you don’t want to go across the street. They provided the Yahrzeit candle that I let for my parents.

The pool is very dirty, looks like they didn't clean it for a long time. I was disgussed to enter it. The bathroom was dirty and old, tte shower door was broken and they said that nothing can be done because the hotel is old and all the rooms are the same. Staying doesn't worth the money.

Keep away! The hotel needs a total refurb. The bathrooms are ancient and the aircon sounds like a tractor in reverse and controls are not accurate. Parking is just impossible as the car park is always full. The only plus is location and breakfast was amazing. But room comfort is not even one star. And general staff service is ....they dont really care. The security guys are out to show force...

Supposedly 4 or 5 star hotel. Friendly staff but the bathroom was dirty esp inside the bathtub scree - nobody cleaned there for decades. Absolutely hate when an expensive hotel uses cheap toilet paper. Little choice at the bar. Really disappointing!!!

The property was under repair/updating. This created a lot of dust in the elevators. The hotel was mostly empty. Breakfast on some days was served downstairs. You were just given a plate. It was nice but not necessarily what we wanted. The waiter also had to go upstairs to get it. He was great and as accommodating as he could be.

I would like to thank the wonderful staff of Prima Park Hotel esp. Aineline from house keeping. Our rooms are always fresh and clean and in perfect order. She paid attention to our needs and is always smiling and friendly. Food at the dining hall was great too! Walking always greets us good morning with a happy smile. The chef and waiters were always ready to answer our questions about the food.

The Prima Park Hotel Jerusalem staff, particularly Maam Annielin, who cleaned our room every day, was incredibly kind and accommodating. Also, Sir Walin and the other dining room staff were always very friendly and willing to help us with anything we needed.

The staff were very nice and the room was big. The rooms did feel tired though, even though they were supposedly the 'deluxe' rooms. The bathroom could also have been cleaner.

Staff was very friendly from start to finish. We were able to check in upon arrival even though we were there before check in time. Rooms were clean and nice size. I will be back in Jerusalem in July and would definitely stay here again.

My aunt and uncle stayed in the rooms and the staff was greatly accommodating. I was able to join them overnight and share the breakfast buffet with them. Liat was incredibly helpful!! She pointed out what was safe for my allergy restrictions and made delicious recommendations. The hotel is Big and nice inside . Our rooms were on the top floor over looking the city with the most beautiful sunset and sunrise. Service here was great the front desk helped us with getting transportation. Very friendly, some spoke English this was helpful with our group " Me " lol. The rooms had sliding doors to go out on the rooftop with chairs and relax with a View. I recommend this hotel

This hotel is so comfortable to stay in when you are in downtown Jerusalem. It is opposite the central bus station & light rail. You can travel quickly to the Old City or to Mt Herzl The front desk staff are so helpful. The hotel is conveniently located for travel—near the bus and train stations. It's a bit dated and outdated, dating back to the 1950s, and the room isn't fully modernized, with a shortage of electrical outlets. But there's a kettle, clean linens, excellent shower pressure, and toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast is decent.

The hotel was under renovation. It was not comfortable and the rooms were not totally ready and even the connecting door was not locked. He balconies of the rooms are connected and it is not safe. Although Nadine was very helpful and supportive.

This is by far my favorite hotel to stay at in Jerusalem. It is the most convenient location imaginable intersecting Jaffa and Ben Yahuda. With parking on site for car rental and the best breakfast buffet (extra cost is well worth it-- especially if coming during the festivals)!
