The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, and everything felt well maintained. The hotel itself is elegant and calm, with a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind.
The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, which really made a difference. Breakfast was rich and varied, with high-quality options and a pleasant dining area.
Overall, a very enjoyable experience. A great choice if you’re looking for comfort, good service, and a quieter side of Jerusalem. We would definitely return.
Our rooms were on the top floor over looking the city with the most beautiful sunset and sunrise. Service here was great the front desk helped us with getting transportation. Very friendly, some spoke English this was helpful with our group " Me " lol. The rooms had sliding doors to go out on the rooftop with chairs and relax with a View. I recommend this hotel.
It was definitely not worth the money.
The massage ruined the calm and relaxing atmosphere of the spa day, and the spa reception was cold and not helpful regarding the issue.
I do not recommend it at all — there are much better places in Jerusalem.
Food service- absolutely outstanding and delicious!!
Location was fine but not walkable to the sites we wanted to see.
