Beautiful hotel, great service and very friendly staff. Also, food is very nice!!
The overall experience was great - food, cleanliness, staff, location, etc. Our only complaint, which was agreed upon by our entire large group, was the way the tub/shower was set up. The wall was barley half the width of the very deep tub. The shower water did not stay in the tub. With that and shower steam, the tile floor was very slippery. We were given one small bathmat and two very thin and...
After reading some of the other reviews, we had a very low expectation when checking into this hotel today. The check-in process was very smooth. Our room was very clean and new and the bed was suitably firm. So either we somehow got lucky and got a refurbished room or the other reviewers were very unlucky to get a bad room. Our experience has been very good. We had dinner at the restaurant as well...
Pool enjoyable. Dinning experience great. Staff efficient and friendly.
An elegant hotel, from the lobby to the room we were staying in, i loved the design, colours, lights .. The staff were very nice, the bar was very good. Good drinks. There was a bartender called ‘nadim’, very professional. The food was good, with a lot of choices. I recommend..
Big hotel, not fancy but well located just few minutes from the Old City by walk. Rooms can fit any request from handicap to family rooms, twins, triple etc. and are spacious enough usually. Huge dining room with possibility to host private events in a separated area. Synagogue, parking, lobby bar, souvenirs shop also available at the hotel.

Check in was so smooth and easy and they let us check in early without any issues. The room was so nice and breakfast was so good.
Spotless and comfortable room. Food was delicious. Tons of choices and staff is so helpful and friendly.
No complaints about staff, however I’ve been coming to this hotel since 1984. I feel like your construction has only made the hotel feel more crowded. You may have created more space for hotel guests, but much too crowded at meals… particularly buffets.
This place is top notch in every possible way. Pristine, beautiful, peaceful, clean, Pure class. Staff is perfectly trained. Restaurants are beyond excellent. Breakfasts are the best in Israel. Perfect choice
The room was spotless. The staff was always available to assist me with efficiency and kindness!
Food excellent especially Friday night buffet. Breakfast pastries and bread was great. Late pool and gym opening was ideal. Parking was easy. Location was excellent and staff very helpful including cleaning staff. Room service was fast and polite.

Staff great and clean and functional. The breakfast however was disorganzied and just not-that-good.
Somewhat old, pool is too crouded on the weekend. Limited bar and dining on weekend
Excellent stay! Excellent stay at Dan panorama! The staff was extremely courteous and helpful!
I always enjoy my stay at Dan properties. The Dan Panorama Jerusalem fufilled all my needs. Great room, bathtub, swimming pool, and walking distance to the Kotel and shops at the Jaffa entrance.
The staff were not only helpful but so nice! We had a great short stay and can’t wait to come back again!

Great service and food, but for the price there should not be a shortage of hot water and that was the case not once but twice.
Modern clean and tasteful property with delightful staff. Didn’t have an opportunity to eat in the hotel.
Amazing hotel, stunning property, kind, professional, helpful staff, excellent service!! Best breakfast I’ve ever seen!!! Everything was perfect!!
My family has immensely enjoyed numerous stays at the Orient, particularly celebrating the holiday of Succot here this year and for the past four years. Located in the lovely and quiet German Colony, the Orient hotel offers a wonderful all-around experience. Wow wow wow Mamilla. Your service and luxury are truly unmatched in Jerusalem. Mamilla has everything you could want during a visit to Jerusalem- wonderful location close and walkable to the old city, kind employees, luxurious rooms, and delicious food. In particular, Rania is an absolute superstar. You will probably see her walking around at breakfast, introducing herself and getting to know you with...
I was fortunate enough to spend a few days at this lovely jewel 💎 of a hotel 🏨 right next to the old city and next to the mamilla mall. I have only good things to say about this wonderful Hotel including its wonderful staff that are always accommodating for any needs you might have and especially the concierge desk Savana and team. When you are traveling to Jerusalem it's good to have a concierge...
The service is beyond expectations It is so genuine,so warm ,so gentle ! This is by far the best hotel in Jerusalem! From the Valet at the entrance, and by the wonderful Bisan at the reception to all the waiters, cleaners, spa team etc.. Don't even bother to dine outside the hotel, they got great food and the service ...already said.. We enjoyed every minute! Thank you
We had the best stay at the Mamilla Hotel in Jerusalem! Everything was perfect (breakfast, Shabbat dinner, room, etc), but what we needed to accentuate here was the exceptional service. A shout-out to Rania who checked on us every single morning during breakfast, making sure we were happy (and we were!); to Stefan and Ella (concierge) who are so patient and don't rush you when you need information...
We are happy to write a review of the hotel but we need to clarify our credit card bill from the hotel first. We've sent an email but haven't heard back yet. This is our first priority. Our dates of our stay were June 13 -14, 2023. Our bill is listed under our last name noted above.
We loved this hotel and its staff, especially the concierge team who are incredible! Stephan is hands down one of the best concierge I have seen, with prompt attention to emails and great suggestions! Our room was lovely with a great living room and bathroom and modern aesthetic. The decorations are minimalist in the rooms, functional. Overall, the hotel has a modern vibe and is in a great location...

The hotel is directly across the street from the Great Synagogue in Jerusalem. Super convenient for the holidays. They offer meals for all of the holiday days.Shabbat elevators. Kosher. Services in the hotel itself if you don’t want to go across the street. They provided the Yahrzeit candle that I let for my parents.
The pool is very dirty, looks like they didn't clean it for a long time. I was disgussed to enter it. The bathroom was dirty and old, tte shower door was broken and they said that nothing can be done because the hotel is old and all the rooms are the same. Staying doesn't worth the money.
The price of the hotel does not correspond to the level. Repair, furniture, everything from the last century, everything is worn and torn. The bathroom is as if you got into the 90s. Everything is old, worn out. In front of the bed there is a huge mirror, without functionality.... View of the construction site and parking lot. Coffee and tea by the bag. (As if stolen.) In the description it was that...
Keep away! The hotel needs a total refurb. The bathrooms are ancient and the aircon sounds like a tractor in reverse and controls are not accurate. Parking is just impossible as the car park is always full. The only plus is location and breakfast was amazing. But room comfort is not even one star. And general staff service is ....they dont really care. The security guys are out to show force...
Supposedly 4 or 5 star hotel. Friendly staff but the bathroom was dirty esp inside the bathtub scree - nobody cleaned there for decades. Absolutely hate when an expensive hotel uses cheap toilet paper. Little choice at the bar. Really disappointing!!!

Beautiful hotel. Amazing amenities. Great location.
What a world-class experience! The stay was fantastic, and the staff were amazing. As we arrived, we were greeted warmly and welcomed with refreshments at the restaurant "on the house". Phenomenal hotel. A gorgeous landmark. Absolute perfection. Excellent location. Kind staff. Amazing experience. Beautifully designed. Rooftop restaurant breathtaking.
The hotel is beautiful and very modern. The facilities are not so good, there was noone at the bar, apparently no room service and lacks an outdoor swiming pool.
Best hotel I've ever stayed at, anywhere in the world, and mainly because of the wonderful staff.
Perfect location for visiting the old city We spent two nights at Mamila Hotel. Location was amazing. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was one of the best I ever had in a hotel. The hotel offered a very complete lunch and dinner selection. It wasn’t extravagant, but it had a good variety and quality. The rooms were nice, quite modern, nice bright design We had 1/2 board, dinner was ok (several items overcooked, dried out, cakes terrible!) Bf was good ( for people used to excellent Israeli bf they might be a bit disappointed about the quality of some options served)
Staff were very helpful, room was of a very good standard and clean, well located for transport and walking. Breakfast was of an excellent standard and variety. The Prima Park is a fine hotel and great value.
I would like to thank the wonderful staff of Prima Park Hotel esp. Aineline from house keeping. Our rooms are always fresh and clean and in perfect order. She paid attention to our needs and is always smiling and friendly. Food at the dining hall was great too! Walking always greets us good morning with a happy smile. The chef and waiters were always ready to answer our questions about the food.
The Prima Park Hotel Jerusalem staff, particularly Maam Annielin, who cleaned our room every day, was incredibly kind and accommodating. Also, Sir Walin and the other dining room staff were always very friendly and willing to help us with anything we needed.
My stay at Prima Park hotel is one of the best experiences here in Jerusalem. Going back to hotel after touring the city is like home away from home ❤️ Staff are gracious and kind. Rooms are clean and housekeeping is consistent and efficient! Kudos to the management staff and crew. God bless you!

Staff was very friendly from start to finish. We were able to check in upon arrival even though we were there before check in time. Rooms were clean and nice size. I will be back in Jerusalem in July and would definitely stay here again.
Although the hotel building itself is a little dated it is extremely well maintained. The staff are delightful and always ready to help. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. We were very happy to receive an upgrade and have access to the executive lounge.

This hotel is so comfortable to stay in when you are in downtown Jerusalem. It is opposite the central bus station & light rail. I loved that Maria looked after me so well during the week I stayed there …..nothing was too much trouble for Maria to help me with …the breakfast manager & team are so helpful...
The hotel is conveniently located for travel—near the bus and train stations. It's a bit dated and outdated, dating back to the 1950s, and the room isn't fully modernized, with a shortage of electrical outlets. But there's a kettle, clean linens, excellent shower pressure, and toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast is decent.

Excellent hotel in the center of the city. Great breakfast with a view. Gym & indoor pool all a very reasonable price
Having the wine in our room, a punch check in and not arriving four hours later. Better parking options… Paying 120 shekels a night is ridiculous… And we have very loud partier in our room next door keeping me and my mother up late after calling the front desk four-five times.
Beautiful hotel. Nice lobby. Check in didn’t go well- we came to property at 10:30 am to put our name on a list for early check in and leave our bags. In my opinion, you should only book this hotel with a city view. That's the whole point. Waking up early in the morning, I'd sit by the window and watch the sunrise over the city. The views are gorgeous. But there aren't many rooms like them. Without a view, all the magic of this hotel disappears. Firstly, it's a bit difficult and remote to access. The buses were a lifesaver. We walked, climbing up...
The best view of the old city in Jerusalem. Stunning sunset over the city. Not an easy walk up and down the Mt of Olives to the old city but otherwise an excellent location. Very good service from staff.
A very good hotel with a beautiful view of the Dome of the Rock and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. The breakfast is good and includes the basics of juice, cheese, labneh, bread, some cakes, and eggs. Location was great but staff was extremely rude. The room size was good but the bed were very uncomfortable and blankets were too small for single person. We stayed here for 3 days and I barely slept due to uncomfortable bed and loud noise in the hallway/rooms. Location of the hotel is great and you can take the bus outside of the hotel to the Damascus gate which was quite convenient.

It was written that the price include everything but they charge me 18% extra be careful for this while in other hotels is written the same policy but no need to pay 18% because is included………..
The taxi driver the hotel ordered to us for travel to the Navon train station in Jerusalem, cheated us. He took 150 shekel for about 4 km without traffic in the morning about 06.30! The price should be about 60 shekel. So the hotel should be more careful which taxidriver they order for their guests.
The hotel is beautiful, rooms are immaculately clean, and well-designed. This is the second Prima hotel in Israel where i have stayed, and I am developing brand loyalty at this point!

I come to Jerusalem regularly and have stayed at a number of five star hotels including king David. The American Colony is far and away my favorite hotel to stay in. It’s a luxury boutique hotel.
