After reading some of the other reviews, we had a very low expectation when checking into this hotel today. The check-in process was very smooth. Our room was very clean and new and the bed was suitably firm. So either we somehow got lucky and got a refurbished room or the other reviewers were very unlucky to get a bad room. Big hotel, not fancy but well located just few minutes from the Old City by walk. Rooms can fit any request from handicap to family rooms, twins, triple etc. and are spacious enough usually. Huge dining room with possibility to host private events in a separated area. Synagogue, parking, lobby bar, souvenirs shop also available at the hotel.

Check in was so smooth and easy and they let us check in early without any issues. The room was so nice and breakfast was so good.

No complaints about staff, however I’ve been coming to this hotel since 1984. I feel like your construction has only made the hotel feel more crowded. You may have created more space for hotel guests, but much too crowded at meals… particularly buffets.

The hotel is directly across the street from the Great Synagogue in Jerusalem. Super convenient for the holidays. They offer meals for all of the holiday days.Shabbat elevators. Kosher. Services in the hotel itself if you don’t want to go across the street. They provided the Yahrzeit candle that I let for my parents.

The pool is very dirty, looks like they didn't clean it for a long time. I was disgussed to enter it. The bathroom was dirty and old, tte shower door was broken and they said that nothing can be done because the hotel is old and all the rooms are the same. Staying doesn't worth the money.

Keep away! The hotel needs a total refurb. The bathrooms are ancient and the aircon sounds like a tractor in reverse and controls are not accurate. Parking is just impossible as the car park is always full. The only plus is location and breakfast was amazing. But room comfort is not even one star. I would like to thank the wonderful staff of Prima Park Hotel esp. Aineline from house keeping. Our rooms are always fresh and clean and in perfect order. She paid attention to our needs and is always smiling and friendly. Food at the dining hall was great too! Walking always greets us good morning with a happy smile. The chef and waiters were always ready to answer our questions about the food.

The Prima Park Hotel Jerusalem staff, particularly Maam Annielin, who cleaned our room every day, was incredibly kind and accommodating. Also, Sir Walin and the other dining room staff were always very friendly and willing to help us with anything we needed.

My stay at Prima Park hotel is one of the best experiences here in Jerusalem. Going back to hotel after touring the city is like home away from home ❤️ Staff are gracious and kind. Rooms are clean and housekeeping is consistent and efficient! Kudos to the management staff and crew. God bless you!

The staff were very nice and the room was big. The rooms did feel tired though, even though they were supposedly the 'deluxe' rooms. The bathroom could also have been cleaner.

Staff was very friendly from start to finish. We were able to check in upon arrival even though we were there before check in time. Rooms were clean and nice size. I will be back in Jerusalem in July and would definitely stay here again.

My aunt and uncle stayed in the rooms and the staff was greatly accommodating. I was able to join them overnight and share the breakfast buffet with them. Liat was incredibly helpful!! She pointed out what was safe for my allergy restrictions and made delicious recommendations. This hotel is so comfortable to stay in when you are in downtown Jerusalem. It is opposite the central bus station & light rail. You can travel quickly to the Old City or to Mt Herzl The front desk staff are so helpful. I loved that Maria looked after me so well during the week I stayed there …..nothing was too much trouble for Maria to help me with …the breakfast manager & team are so helpful...

The hotel is conveniently located for travel—near the bus and train stations. It's a bit dated and outdated, dating back to the 1950s, and the room isn't fully modernized, with a shortage of electrical outlets. But there's a kettle, clean linens, excellent shower pressure, and toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast is decent.

Having the wine in our room, a punch check in and not arriving four hours later. Better parking options… Paying 120 shekels a night is ridiculous… And we have very loud partier in our room next door keeping me and my mother up late after calling the front desk four-five times.

Location was great but staff was extremely rude. The room size was good but the bed were very uncomfortable and blankets were too small for single person. We stayed here for 3 days and I barely slept due to uncomfortable bed and loud noise in the hallway/rooms. Location of the hotel is great and you can take the bus outside of the hotel to the Damascus gate which was quite convenient.

Wonderful location with a beautiful view of Jerusalem. Old but well-maintained facilities. Cleanliness was okay, large sections with carpet give the feeling of a lot of accumulated dust. Breakfast was quite different from what we usually eat in Brazil, but very well served.

The taxi driver the hotel ordered to us for travel to the Navon train station in Jerusalem, cheated us. He took 150 shekel for about 4 km without traffic in the morning about 06.30! The price should be about 60 shekel. So the hotel should be more careful which taxidriver they order for their guests.

The hotel is beautiful, rooms are immaculately clean, and well-designed. This is the second Prima hotel in Israel where i have stayed, and I am developing brand loyalty at this point!
