Beautiful hotel, great service and very friendly staff. Also, food is very nice!!
The overall experience was great - food, cleanliness, staff, location, etc. Our only complaint, which was agreed upon by our entire large group, was the way the tub/shower was set up. The wall was barley half the width of the very deep tub. The shower water did not stay in the tub. With that and shower steam, the tile floor was very slippery. We were given one small bathmat and two very thin and...
After reading some of the other reviews, we had a very low expectation when checking into this hotel today. The check-in process was very smooth. Our room was very clean and new and the bed was suitably firm. So either we somehow got lucky and got a refurbished room or the other reviewers were very unlucky to get a bad room. Our experience has been very good. We had dinner at the restaurant as well...
Pool enjoyable. Dinning experience great. Staff efficient and friendly.
An elegant hotel, from the lobby to the room we were staying in, i loved the design, colours, lights .. The staff were very nice, the bar was very good. Good drinks. There was a bartender called ‘nadim’, very professional. The food was good, with a lot of choices. I recommend..
Big hotel, not fancy but well located just few minutes from the Old City by walk. Rooms can fit any request from handicap to family rooms, twins, triple etc. and are spacious enough usually. Huge dining room with possibility to host private events in a separated area. Synagogue, parking, lobby bar, souvenirs shop also available at the hotel.

This is an excellent hotel. I wish I could give it 5/5 stars, but there were a few minor issues. With a hotel of this caliber, everything should be perfect. When I got to my room, the sink was making a very loud gurgling sound. The hotel staff was pretty good about getting the issue fixed, but in this kind of hotel, the room should be carefully inspected for issues before it is assigned to a guest...
We have stayed the Mamilla twice. Both stays were great. We reserved via AmEx and had access not only to the full breakfast (which was especially festive on Shabbat) but the lounge which had a very nice array of small sandwiches, salads etc - a great place for a light lunch or snack. The 1st room we had was small but exceptionally clean and nicely appointed. The next time we sprung for a suite and...
The Mamilla hotel is in a perfect location, situated between the beautiful old city of Jerusalem, just a 5 minute walk away, and busy west Jerusalem. Start your day with a delicious Israeli breakfast in a lovely setting - we were able to breakfast ouside in November! Huge thanks to all the staff, especially Nijem, our ever attentive waiter at breakfast. An excellent sized pool for a city hotel. ...
We loved our stay this is the best hotel in Jerusalem We (family of 6) stayed for Shabbat at the Mamila hotel we had a great shabat the staff is very nice , the dinner and breakfast are delicious there was a tour guide on Saturday afternoon it was so funnn I really recommend it’s for all ages and our guide thought us a lot about the city the tour was 2 hours we went to מגדל דוד ( it was free ) and...
Our experience at the Mamilla Hotel was outstanding. Staff members, such as Yatreb, Ido, and Itay, warmly welcomed us and were extremely helpful. The hotel's location is ideal to the Old City's historic, religious, and cultural sites. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The housekeeping service was first rate. Wow wow wow Mamilla. Your service and luxury are truly unmatched in Jerusalem. Mamilla has everything you could want during a visit to Jerusalem- wonderful location close and walkable to the old city, kind employees, luxurious rooms, and delicious food. Check in was so smooth and easy and they let us check in early without any issues. The room was so nice and breakfast was so good.
Spotless and comfortable room. Food was delicious. Tons of choices and staff is so helpful and friendly.
No complaints about staff, however I’ve been coming to this hotel since 1984. I feel like your construction has only made the hotel feel more crowded. You may have created more space for hotel guests, but much too crowded at meals… particularly buffets.
This place is top notch in every possible way. Pristine, beautiful, peaceful, clean, Pure class. Staff is perfectly trained. Restaurants are beyond excellent. Breakfasts are the best in Israel. Perfect choice
The room was spotless. The staff was always available to assist me with efficiency and kindness!
Food excellent especially Friday night buffet. Breakfast pastries and bread was great. Late pool and gym opening was ideal. Parking was easy. Location was excellent and staff very helpful including cleaning staff. Room service was fast and polite.

Yes very good Mayer is the best
The staff was very courteous, room was impeccable. The rooms are very updated with the nicest modern interior design. But the best was the continental breakfast and the food. Wow we had breakfast like kings. A special thanks to Meir for making our stay pleasant.
Very clean quaint hotel with great service and fantastic location Highly recommend. We were able to get to room early and check out late with out hassle.
The property was under repair/updating. This created a lot of dust in the elevators. The hotel was mostly empty. Breakfast on some days was served downstairs. You were just given a plate. It was nice but not necessarily what we wanted. The waiter also had to go upstairs to get it. He was great and as accommodating as he could be.

Incredible breakfast and rooms. Reception, all restaurant staff and housekeeping are wonderful too, very welcoming and friendly. I recommend this hotel to all who would like to visit Jerusalem. Transport links are just a few minutes walk away, all the Holy sites are within walking distance too and the community here are wonderful, a lot of happy people who always say hello (Shalom 🙂).
Wonderful place for our family. We made a last minute reservation and wasn’t expecting much. Was exactly what we needed and went beyond our expectations. Breakfast was so good with lots of options. Highly recommend
Central modern hotel Central, comfortable hotel. Everything.works. Most staff very nice. Very good 4 course breakfast. Comfortable bed
This is by far my favorite hotel to stay at in Jerusalem. It is the most convenient location imaginable intersecting Jaffa and Ben Yahuda. With parking on site for car rental and the best breakfast buffet (extra cost is well worth it-- especially if coming during the festivals)!
Overall it's okay, but the room is a bit small. But the location is very good, it’s convenient to go everywhere

Great location and great breakfast
It was written that the price include everything but they charge me 18% extra be careful for this while in other hotels is written the same policy but no need to pay 18% because is included………..
The taxi driver the hotel ordered to us for travel to the Navon train station in Jerusalem, cheated us. He took 150 shekel for about 4 km without traffic in the morning about 06.30! The price should be about 60 shekel. So the hotel should be more careful which taxidriver they order for their guests.
The hotel is beautiful, rooms are immaculately clean, and well-designed. This is the second Prima hotel in Israel where i have stayed, and I am developing brand loyalty at this point!

The hotel is directly across the street from the Great Synagogue in Jerusalem. Super convenient for the holidays. They offer meals for all of the holiday days.Shabbat elevators. Kosher. Services in the hotel itself if you don’t want to go across the street. They provided the Yahrzeit candle that I let for my parents.
The pool is very dirty, looks like they didn't clean it for a long time. I was disgussed to enter it. The bathroom was dirty and old, tte shower door was broken and they said that nothing can be done because the hotel is old and all the rooms are the same. Staying doesn't worth the money.
The price of the hotel does not correspond to the level. Repair, furniture, everything from the last century, everything is worn and torn. The bathroom is as if you got into the 90s. Everything is old, worn out. In front of the bed there is a huge mirror, without functionality.... View of the construction site and parking lot. Coffee and tea by the bag. (As if stolen.) In the description it was that...
Keep away! The hotel needs a total refurb. The bathrooms are ancient and the aircon sounds like a tractor in reverse and controls are not accurate. Parking is just impossible as the car park is always full. The only plus is location and breakfast was amazing. But room comfort is not even one star. And general staff service is ....they dont really care. The security guys are out to show force...
Supposedly 4 or 5 star hotel. Friendly staff but the bathroom was dirty esp inside the bathtub scree - nobody cleaned there for decades. Absolutely hate when an expensive hotel uses cheap toilet paper. Little choice at the bar. Really disappointing!!!

What a world-class experience! The stay was fantastic, and the staff were amazing. As we arrived, we were greeted warmly and welcomed with refreshments at the restaurant "on the house". The rooms were nice, quite modern, nice bright design We had 1/2 board, dinner was ok (several items overcooked, dried out, cakes terrible!) Bf was good ( for people used to excellent Israeli bf they might be a bit disappointed about the quality of some options served)
Staff were very helpful, room was of a very good standard and clean, well located for transport and walking. Breakfast was of an excellent standard and variety. The Prima Park is a fine hotel and great value.
I would like to thank the wonderful staff of Prima Park Hotel esp. Aineline from house keeping. Our rooms are always fresh and clean and in perfect order. She paid attention to our needs and is always smiling and friendly. Food at the dining hall was great too! Walking always greets us good morning with a happy smile. The chef and waiters were always ready to answer our questions about the food.
The Prima Park Hotel Jerusalem staff, particularly Maam Annielin, who cleaned our room every day, was incredibly kind and accommodating. Also, Sir Walin and the other dining room staff were always very friendly and willing to help us with anything we needed.

Staff was very friendly from start to finish. We were able to check in upon arrival even though we were there before check in time. Rooms were clean and nice size. I will be back in Jerusalem in July and would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is in a authentic style, large rooms with AC and fast WiFi. Good breakfast, with a different type of hummus and a perfect location, just a 15 mins walk down the sreet and right to the old city. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate the hotel a solid 8. The location is almost perfect, 10 minutes walk from the Damascus Gate of the old city of Jerusalem. Having the wine in our room, a punch check in and not arriving four hours later. Better parking options… Paying 120 shekels a night is ridiculous… And we have very loud partier in our room next door keeping me and my mother up late after calling the front desk four-five times.
Beautiful hotel. Nice lobby. Check in didn’t go well- we came to property at 10:30 am to put our name on a list for early check in and leave our bags. In my opinion, you should only book this hotel with a city view. That's the whole point. Waking up early in the morning, I'd sit by the window and watch the sunrise over the city.
