Mamilla has everything you could want during a visit to Jerusalem- wonderful location close and walkable to the old city, kind employees, luxurious rooms, and delicious food. In particular, Rania is an absolute superstar

I wish I could give it 5/5 stars, but there were a few minor issues. With a hotel of this caliber, everything should be perfect. When I got to my room, the sink was making a very loud gurgling sound

Another minor issue, but the hotel should spring for silent motion detectors if they feel they need them. I should also note that the rooms are a little on the small side

Ok, with the negatives out of the way, I would add that the location of this hotel is amazing, convenient to the Old City of Jerusalem as well as to Jerusalem's main central area

It didn't bother me and I'm not going to hold it against this hotel. We don't have lizards running around North Jersey but perhaps it's just a fact of life in Jerusalem

Since I was there alone, it's not a big deal but if you are a couple or a family I would keep this in mind. As another note, I saw a small lizard in the hallway

A fantastic base for exploring Jerusalem! The location of Ibis Styles Jerusalem City Center is simply excellent — perfectly situated to discover all the city has to offer, with key attractions within easy reach

As a solo traveler, I really appreciated the central position and the ease of getting around. The room was clean, quiet, and featured a modern design that made for a very comfortable stay

The room is not big, but it is very clean. The location is very good, very close to the tram, 4 stops to the center station, and don't worry about traffic jam

Great sized clean rooms with comfortable beds and very attentive hotel staff. Perfect location with an easy walk to the Old City. Near restaurants and shopping.

Check in was so smooth and easy and they let us check in early without any issues. The room was so nice and breakfast was so good.

The only thing exception was, on Shabbat, around 12 in the afternoon, housecleaning came around to clean the room so we went out but my husband left his cap in the room. When we came back the cap was no where to be found

This is my first time in the Inbal Hotel. You enter a big lobby, and you are greeted by friendly staff. Rooms are large and comfortable, with large bathrooms. What really impressed me was the quality of the food

This place is top notch in every possible way. Pristine, beautiful, peaceful, clean, Pure class. Staff is perfectly trained. Restaurants are beyond excellent. Breakfasts are the best in Israel. Perfect choice

Food excellent especially Friday night buffet. Breakfast pastries and bread was great. Late pool and gym opening was ideal. Location was excellent and staff very helpful including cleaning staff

I always enjoy my stay at Dan properties. The Dan Panorama Jerusalem fufilled all my needs. Great room, bathtub, swimming pool, and walking distance to the Kotel and shops at the Jaffa entrance.

Wonderful stay in a great section of the city. Just a 15 minute walk to Jaffa gate, and situated between lovely gardens, shopping, and restaurants

Our room was very comfortable, with adequate space. The amenities were very good. Tge staff were friendly and helpful

The hotel is directly across the street from the Great Synagogue in Jerusalem. Super convenient for the holidays. They offer meals for all of the holiday days

Keep away! The hotel needs a total refurb. The bathrooms are ancient and the aircon sounds like a tractor in reverse and controls are not accurate. Parking is just impossible as the car park is always full

In front of the bed there is a huge mirror, without functionality. View of the construction site and parking lot. ) In the description it was that there is a compliment, there was nothing

The bathroom was dirty and old, tte shower door was broken and they said that nothing can be done because the hotel is old and all the rooms are the same. Staying doesn't worth the money

From the moment I stepped out of the shuttle, I knew I made the right choice! The entry is gorgeous, proximity to Christian Quarter gates, shopping and everything a tourist would want, is conveniently located nearby.

Was here for lunch with my tour group, service was friendly and the food was delicious, although no gluten free dessert option. I chose to get a coffee at the bar, which was excellent 👌🏻

Is there a way to give it 6 stars? Very helpful, friendly staff. Beautiful everything! Just across the street from the New Gate. The gift shop is small, but I found the best prices there of anywhere

We did not stay at the hotel, but only visited it and went up to the rooftop observation deck; we sat in a cafe on the entrance floor. The service is good and the staff is courteous

The rooftop observation deck offers an amazing 360° view. There are 2 rooftop restaurants that look great (we didn't have time to make reservations). A recommended point of interest, even if you are not staying

The manager on duty did her best to reassure me, quickly processed my cancelation and gave me a refund for the unused night. It was very helpful on a very difficult day

We were upgraded to a room with a balcony. Which we really appreciated. We were given one free dinner. The room was cleaned very efficiently on a daily basis

It is a simple 3-4 star hotel. That being said, the staff is very friendly and good. The breakfast was not gourmet but very good. and the location is fabulous. I would definitely return.

We have been particularly impressed by the fantastic level of service at this Prima Royale Hotel. Every one of the staff members really goes out of their way to help. Nothing is ever too much of a trouble

Our key cards to our rooms also opened the door to the hallway. Lots of salads, veggies, cheeses, breads and egg dishes. Our less adventurous eater made himself a cheese sandwich everyday with a few veggies on the side

The hotel is beautiful, rooms are immaculately clean, and well-designed. This is the second Prima hotel in Israel where i have stayed, and I am developing brand loyalty at this point!

Overall it was nice, we asked for a few requests and didn't get a response. And early in the morning the cleaners woke us up. It wasn't nice. There is room for improvement.

While the linen was very soft, the blanket was slightly thin, and it would have been nice to have an extra blanket in the room. I’m sure you could call for the pose things

We put our light on to clean the room late. They apparently came early and never came back so they never cleaned our room. But I’m not sure it was their fault

The room was an excellent size, very clean and comfortable. The 2 issues I had were that there were no robes, and thus just 1 towel per person wasn’t enough

It was in the understanding but they should really check again because they came too early. Otherwise, the day was beautiful

All the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, from the bellboy who brought up our bags immediately to the housekeeping who quickly replaced the iron in our room, to the barista who made an incredible latte at breakfast to the front desk who accomodated every request I made

Many shopping and dining options close by and that closed late! There was heavy construction going around the hotel, however no noise could be heard 7:30 pm onwards

The spa is very good, they give 10% off to hotel guest and the prices are very good once you convert it to dollars. The breakfast is a big buffet and is included in the stay. Overall, I would give the hotel a 4

You need to cross a bridge over the Mamilla Mall to get there but entering back, you need to ring the intercoms

Very friendly staff who let me check-in a tad bit early! Very trendy room. Perfect location for Jaffa street and shopping at the shuk, to the light rail and to the Old City. Moldy shower but exceptionally clean otherwise

Hillel 11 is perfectly located. I enjoyed my experience of staying 15 min walk from Old City Walls and Mamilla Hotel. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and public transportation, spas and synagogue

I just wish that maintenance would be better, as I heard others complain on my floor, while my room had bad walls and loose kitchen faucet; as one of the button in elevator was missing too

The staff was great minus their 7am to 10 am breakfast. I cant eat somewhere if I show up and you tell me its going to be another 20 mins before you open. The YMCA gym is a great bonus. Just add a smoothie snack bar

I was very pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the rooms. They aren’t so large but for my solo trip they were more than enough space. The area can not be more perfect, very centrally located a min walk to mamilla mall

The location of the hotel couldn’t have been more perfect—just down the street from Mamilla Mall, The Western Wall & Mahane Yehuda making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the area

10/10 the area at night also comes alive. Made me feel at times I was in Tel Aviv. Tho I didn’t spend much time in the hotel I did see they have what to offer. I’ll check out the pool on my next stay
