Mamilla has everything you could want during a visit to Jerusalem- wonderful location close and walkable to the old city, kind employees, luxurious rooms, and delicious food. In particular, Rania is an absolute superstar
I wish I could give it 5/5 stars, but there were a few minor issues. With a hotel of this caliber, everything should be perfect. When I got to my room, the sink was making a very loud gurgling sound
Another minor issue, but the hotel should spring for silent motion detectors if they feel they need them. I should also note that the rooms are a little on the small side
Ok, with the negatives out of the way, I would add that the location of this hotel is amazing, convenient to the Old City of Jerusalem as well as to Jerusalem's main central area
It didn't bother me and I'm not going to hold it against this hotel. We don't have lizards running around North Jersey but perhaps it's just a fact of life in Jerusalem
Since I was there alone, it's not a big deal but if you are a couple or a family I would keep this in mind. As another note, I saw a small lizard in the hallway

Great sized clean rooms with comfortable beds and very attentive hotel staff. Perfect location with an easy walk to the Old City. Near restaurants and shopping.
Check in was so smooth and easy and they let us check in early without any issues. The room was so nice and breakfast was so good.
The only thing exception was, on Shabbat, around 12 in the afternoon, housecleaning came around to clean the room so we went out but my husband left his cap in the room. When we came back the cap was no where to be found
This is my first time in the Inbal Hotel. You enter a big lobby, and you are greeted by friendly staff. Rooms are large and comfortable, with large bathrooms. What really impressed me was the quality of the food
This place is top notch in every possible way. Pristine, beautiful, peaceful, clean, Pure class. Staff is perfectly trained. Restaurants are beyond excellent. Breakfasts are the best in Israel. Perfect choice
Food excellent especially Friday night buffet. Breakfast pastries and bread was great. Late pool and gym opening was ideal. Location was excellent and staff very helpful including cleaning staff

I always enjoy my stay at Dan properties. The Dan Panorama Jerusalem fufilled all my needs. Great room, bathtub, swimming pool, and walking distance to the Kotel and shops at the Jaffa entrance.
Wonderful stay in a great section of the city. Just a 15 minute walk to Jaffa gate, and situated between lovely gardens, shopping, and restaurants
Our room was very comfortable, with adequate space. The amenities were very good. Tge staff were friendly and helpful
The staff were not only helpful but so nice! We had a great short stay and can’t wait to come back again!
In fact, the only thing we thought could be improved was the quality of the food at the breakfast buffet
Excellent stay!
Excellent stay at Dan panorama! The staff was extremely courteous and helpful!

I feel like we really saved ourselves with going with the Ibis City Center hotel
This was our rescue hotel after the one I originally booked was not as it seemed😮💨. I should have booked this one from the beginning. The breakfast (kosher), had many food varieties and was delicious
Central modern hotel
Central, comfortable hotel. Everything.works. Most staff very nice. Very good 4 course breakfast. Comfortable bed
Breakfast staff (elderly man), was really sweet and helpful!
The hotel stored our luggage in the morning while we went on a tour
for making us feel very welcomed and making sure we had everything we need. Breakfast varies every day which is nice however it is very local so don't be expecting pancakes, sausage, bacon, or breakfast potatoes
Many shopping and dining options close by and that closed late!
There was heavy construction going around the hotel, however no noise could be heard 7:30 pm onwards
Jerusalem, 3 Mendele Mocher Sfarim St (in the centre) 🧭 Map
It is a simple 3-4 star hotel. That being said, the staff is very friendly and good. The breakfast was not gourmet but very good. and the location is fabulous. I would definitely return.
The hotel is beautiful, rooms are immaculately clean, and well-designed. This is the second Prima hotel in Israel where i have stayed, and I am developing brand loyalty at this point!
Eliya Adi and Madlin were absolutely fabulous. The rooms are fabulous for one up to two people comfortably. The cleaner of the seventh floor was amazing
Excellent quality of service.
Impeccably clean
Welcoming and very attentive staff.
The location is perfect!
I highly recommend
Wonderful service
One of my favorite hotels to stay in when I’m Jerusalem! Fabulous service and the staff is outstanding!
Staff extremely cordial and helpful.
Room nice, clean. Great view
Food very tasty
Overall it was nice,
we asked for a few requests and didn't get a response. And early in the morning the cleaners woke us up. It wasn't nice. There is room for improvement.
My family has immensely enjoyed numerous stays at the Orient, particularly celebrating the holiday of Succot here this year and for the past four years
Its’s rooftop with a 360 degree view of Jerusalem and the walls of the Old City has an infinity pool and a fabulous meat restaurant and is reason enough to choose to stay here
Executive Chef Ahmad Salameh ensures that superb food and an ample array of delicacies is consistently provided at each meal, especially on Shabbat and holidays
Amazing hotel, stunning property, kind, professional, helpful staff, excellent service!! Best breakfast I’ve ever seen!!! Everything was perfect!!
The restaurant’s managerial staff led by Whaleed, Alian, Gazaleh, and Hirbawi warmly welcomes guests and is above and beyond expectations
The hotel is directly across the street from the Great Synagogue in Jerusalem. Super convenient for the holidays. They offer meals for all of the holiday days
We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The service is great and the food was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel for people visiting Jerusalem
Services in the hotel itself if you don’t want to go across the street. They provided the Yahrzeit candle that I let for my parents
Keep away!
The hotel needs a total refurb. The bathrooms are ancient and the aircon sounds like a tractor in reverse and controls are not accurate. Parking is just impossible as the car park is always full
In front of the bed there is a huge mirror, without functionality. View of the construction site and parking lot. ) In the description it was that there is a compliment, there was nothing
The bathroom was dirty and old, tte shower door was broken and they said that nothing can be done because the hotel is old and all the rooms are the same. Staying doesn't worth the money
All the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, from the bellboy who brought up our bags immediately to the housekeeping who quickly replaced the iron in our room, to the barista who made an incredible latte at breakfast to the front desk who accomodated every request I made
A spectacular hotel! It is beautiful and so centrally located we didn’t take one taxi
The hotel was super clean, the staff were extremely nice and helpful
They really stepped up their game on Shabbat and holiday meals
So many choices to choose from and the quality of the food amazing
From lamb chops to Veil and Great chicken options
Highly recommend
Later, we received a botlle of champagne and a rich chocolate cake alongside macaroons, to the room for our celebration, again, free of charge and without us even requesting it - they know how to treat guests
I had the most wonderful experience at the Waldorf Astoria !
The staff were incredibly helpful, kind and dedicated.
I would recommend anyone to come here who would love a 5 star experience!
What a world-class experience!
The stay was fantastic, and the staff were amazing. As we arrived, we were greeted warmly and welcomed with refreshments at the restaurant "on the house"
Jerusalem, 60 King George Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Although the hotel building itself is a little dated it is extremely well maintained. The staff are delightful and always ready to help. We enjoyed the breakfast very much
We were upgraded to a room with a balcony.
Which we really appreciated.
We were given one free dinner.
The room was cleaned very efficiently on a daily basis
We were very happy to receive an upgrade and have access to the executive lounge
I will be back in Jerusalem in July and would definitely stay here again
My aunt and uncle stayed in the rooms and the staff was greatly accommodating. I was able to join them overnight and share the breakfast buffet with them
We had a good stay. The hotel is very conveniently located. It is nice and clean. A bit aged and no
Jerusalem, Ben Yehuda St 4, 9462202 Elusalen, Ierusalim, Izrail (in the centre) 🧭 Map
A fantastic base for exploring Jerusalem! The location of Ibis Styles Jerusalem City Center is simply excellent — perfectly situated to discover all the city has to offer, with key attractions within easy reach
As a solo traveler, I really appreciated the central position and the ease of getting around. The room was clean, quiet, and featured a modern design that made for a very comfortable stay
The room is not big, but it is very clean. The location is very good, very close to the tram, 4 stops to the center station, and don't worry about traffic jam
A very good hotel in the center of the city with good service and great hotel personnels.
The hotel is in the city center and it is very convenient to go shopping downstairs.
Looks like it intended to be a very good and comfortable hostel with a lot of peculiar ideas in design and internal atmosphere. And definitely it used to be so
Breakfast was a delight. All encompassing menu; eggs made to order. Fresh food andplentiful.center of town off Jaffa. Pool very clean as is gym.
Excellent hotel in the center of the city. Great breakfast with a view. Gym & indoor pool all a very reasonable price
The staff were so helpful and nice! Everything was fantastic - clean and luxurious.
Location could not be better - light rail right outside and it is on Ben Yehuda street.
We felt that it was home from home. The staff were so welcoming , the breakfasts had anything and everything - we can't wait to be back
Ultimately, we couldn’t access our room until after the 3 pm check in time which had us running late for a commitment. The TV in the room don’t work unless you use your phone to screencast
Not a big deal when you’re at a hotel surrounded by loads of things to do, but inconvenient if you want to watch TV! Overall a few hiccups, but would give it another shot
Jerusalem, HaMa'aravim Street 11 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The spa is very good, they give 10% off to hotel guest and the prices are very good once you convert it to dollars. The breakfast is a big buffet and is included in the stay. Overall, I would give the hotel a 4
Loved the hotel - staff were excellent and tvery attentive. Room was very nice and location of the hotel is excellent! Breakfast was very good as was their gym.
Would definitely highly recommend!

Excellent location, great breakfast and sttentive service.
Nice hotel
Great location
Perfect value for money
While the linen was very soft, the blanket was slightly thin, and it would have been nice to have an extra blanket in the room. I’m sure you could call for the pose things
We put our light on to clean the room late. They apparently came early and never came back so they never cleaned our room. But I’m not sure it was their fault
The room was an excellent size, very clean and comfortable. The 2 issues I had were that there were no robes, and thus just 1 towel per person wasn’t enough
It was in the understanding but they should really check again because they came too early. Otherwise, the day was beautiful
There is a supermarket very near, money exchange shops, pharmacy, shopping center nearby, walking distance
Mohamed at the reception was very kind, he lended me an iphone charger and helped me out for my tours. Bravo to him 🫶🏽 the housekeeping were very kind and polite. They cleans everyday except on shabath
Nice hotel which is conveniently located. Room was quite spacious but could use some deep cleaning and maintenance. Especially the windows were very dirty, could hardly look outside. Staff was friendly and helpful
Nice inexpensive hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Quite outdated and undermaintained. Needs renovation. But was good enough for a good night sleep, and the receptionists were very kind and helpful.
Hillel 11 is perfectly located. I enjoyed my experience of staying 15 min walk from Old City Walls and Mamilla Hotel. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and public transportation, spas and synagogue
I just wish that maintenance would be better, as I heard others complain on my floor, while my room had bad walls and loose kitchen faucet; as one of the button in elevator was missing too
Nice size clean room. Good lighting and plenty of hanging and shelf space in a self contained wardrobe Tasty breakfast lots of variety. Well worth the £9 I paid for it
Given the price I wasn’t too sure what to expect.
It was fabulous. For such an affordable rate. Location was incredible just on the edge of the old Town.
Staff were super helpful, very clean rooms and a good breakfast.
not my first time staying at the eldan hotel and always happy about the experience. location is great, breakfast is great and service impeccable!!
” Sorry but as a 40 year old man I’m not gonna put up with being talked down like a child. It’s ok, none of it look good anyways
Easy parking
Clean room but bathroom needs updating
Excellent location
Breakfast and dinner excellent
Perfect locatio, nice comfortable room, friendly staff, breakfast is good, Shabbat dinner reasonable but noisy.
I also like the convenience of parking in the center of Jerusalem close to everywhere
Perfect rooms, very welcoming even had a welcome card and some chocolates in the room when we arrived. The location is perfect and everything was walking distance. Would stay again!
Great hotel easy walking distance from the old city, plenty of restaurants and pubs.
Room was clean - had snacks!
Good rest - couldn’t ask for more.
It has easy access to everything I needed in this holiday
Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff, free wifi
The best location in Jerusalem. Very good service, very friendly staff. Very small rooms. Nothing is lacking, but they could be better.
From the moment I stepped out of the shuttle, I knew I made the right choice! The entry is gorgeous, proximity to Christian Quarter gates, shopping and everything a tourist would want, is conveniently located nearby.
Was here for lunch with my tour group, service was friendly and the food was delicious, although no gluten free dessert option. I chose to get a coffee at the bar, which was excellent 👌🏻
Is there a way to give it 6 stars? Very helpful, friendly staff. Beautiful everything! Just across the street from the New Gate. The gift shop is small, but I found the best prices there of anywhere
We did not stay at the hotel, but only visited it and went up to the rooftop observation deck; we sat in a cafe on the entrance floor. The service is good and the staff is courteous
The rooftop observation deck offers an amazing 360° view. There are 2 rooftop restaurants that look great (we didn't have time to make reservations). A recommended point of interest, even if you are not staying
The manager on duty did her best to reassure me, quickly processed my cancelation and gave me a refund for the unused night. It was very helpful on a very difficult day
Jerusalem, 4A Lloyd George St (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Although I’m Jewish, I thought this would be a great opportunity to see Palestinian cities like Bethlehem Jericho and Ramallah. We enjoyed our four day stay here. Every day started with a great breakfast
Afterwards, it is a short walk to the Damascus Gate into the walled city. The rooms, each somewhat different but always tastefully decorated and we had taken four separate rooms, nobody had a room issue
The grounds were well maintained and very pleasant to stroll here I had stayed here and the King David on other occasions. Both are excellent but I think my grandsons felt very comfortable here
The location is perfect, the hotel is located in a quiet street and within walking distance of the first station complex and the railway park and within walking distance of the old city
Despite the small street we found parking easily. There is a coffee, tea and pastry stand available to guests 24/7. Thanks to the great service we will definitely come back
The hotel manager Joseph received us warmly and pleasantly throughout our stay and was with a personal attitude, professional and courteous services
Jerusalem, 24 Abarbanel Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The rooms might be a tad small, but the shower and the garden makes it worth it. Location wise could not get better. 10 minutes to Old City and downtown area. My only note would be parking is a pain
I stayed here one night so I didn’t care much. Bathroom is tiny and ants appear looking for water. I booked through trip advisor for $100 a night which was a great price for such a last minute trip
Excellent hotel! Located in a nice quiet neighborhood with many options for a romantic dinner, wine bars and more. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, and some rooms have balconies
After a less then pleasant experience at another hotel, I was thrilled that this hotel was not only able to give us our preferred room a day early, but also was able to check us in immediately
We had a small garden suite which was extremely sweet! with a comfortable ensuite bedroom, and our own little private garden to relax in which was absolutely gorgeous
A quaint basic but clean and comfortable place. They are accommodation only, no meals provided although there are hot drinks available 24/7
Jerusalem, Uzi (Yekhezkel) Khason St 7 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Very friendly staff who let me check-in a tad bit early! Very trendy room. Perfect location for Jaffa street and shopping at the shuk, to the light rail and to the Old City. Moldy shower but exceptionally clean otherwise
Great staff , great space , and great locals !
I stayed alone and travelled alone and it was great experience for me :)
I would bring my own hair dryer next time (not an amenity). I would definitely stay there again
The apartment is really well designed and truly makes the most of its size. We were a family of 5 and felt spacious enough. The downside of the stay was the communication before our arrival
The entrance is a bit difficult to find. Enter here and ask in beforehand for the PIN to enter (the upper keyboard).
The room is good, the reception is not always manned.
A great convenient stay in the heart of jerusalem
This property has a perfect location in Jerusalem. It’s walkable to the main sites and very close to the city rail line
