We did not stay at the hotel, but only visited it and went up to the rooftop observation deck; we sat in a cafe on the entrance floor. The service is good and the staff is courteous. The rooftop observation deck offers an amazing 360° view. There are 2 rooftop restaurants that look great (we didn't have time to make reservations). A recommended point of interest, even if you are not staying.

From the moment I stepped out of the shuttle, I knew I made the right choice! The entry is gorgeous, proximity to Christian Quarter gates, shopping and everything a tourist would want, is conveniently located nearby.

Was here for lunch with my tour group, service was friendly and the food was delicious, although no gluten free dessert option. I chose to get a coffee at the bar, which was excellent 👌🏻. I also shopped at the gift shop, which had some lovely and unique items, and very good service from staff. The interior was very nice. I am keen to go back to stay next time I am in Jerusalem.

The room was very small but clean and simple. Breakfast had no vegetable salads and lots of dairy and cut meat. No hot eggs - only hard boiled. I feel it was very expensive for what I got. Of course the location is great and it included parking.

The rooms are very old, there is no design and amenities in them, the location is the only thing that makes it great and the external appearance

The staff were helpful, the dining options were great, its proximity to the Old City was perfect. I was most impressed that Mass was said in the beautiful Chapel every evening. If you're in Jerusalem on pilgrimage, this is the place to stay.

The staff was amazing, so sweet and helped alot . I was sick for couple of days and the reception kindly offered me tea twice just by mentioning it . Food was super good I enjoyed my stay , would definitely come again

The hotel is Big and nice inside . Our rooms were on the top floor over looking the city with the most beautiful sunset and sunrise. Service here was great the front desk helped us with getting transportation. Very friendly, some spoke English this was helpful with our group " Me " lol. The rooms had sliding doors to go out on the rooftop with chairs and relax with a View. I recommend this hotel

It was written that the price include everything but they charge me 18% extra be careful for this while in other hotels is written the same policy but no need to pay 18% because is included………..

The taxi driver the hotel ordered to us for travel to the Navon train station in Jerusalem, cheated us. He took 150 shekel for about 4 km without traffic in the morning about 06.30! The price should be about 60 shekel. So the hotel should be more careful which taxidriver they order for their guests.

The hotel is beautiful, rooms are immaculately clean, and well-designed. This is the second Prima hotel in Israel where i have stayed, and I am developing brand loyalty at this point!

Not a bad hotel, located close to the old town. The furniture is definitely old, and the walls are a bit scuffed. However, the room is clean, and amenities like shampoo and shower gel are all provided.

Clean and comfortable room (no carpets), good location (walking distance of Great Synagogue, Old City and Emek Refaim), fast lifts (!) lots of quiet corners to sit on shabbat. Breakfast and shabbat meals were good. As it was winter we could not use the pool sadly and the spa will only open in 2026.

The room was an excellent size, very clean and comfortable. The 2 issues I had were that there were no robes, and thus just 1 towel per person wasn’t enough. While the linen was very soft, the blanket was slightly thin, and it would have been nice to have an extra blanket in the room. I’m sure you could call for the pose things.

We put our light on to clean the room late. They apparently came early and never came back so they never cleaned our room. But I’m not sure it was their fault. It was in the understanding but they should really check again because they came too early. Otherwise, the day was beautiful. Breakfast was perfect. Staff was fabulous.

The hotel was under renovation. It was not comfortable and the rooms were not totally ready and even the connecting door was not locked. He balconies of the rooms are connected and it is not safe. Although Nadine was very helpful and supportive.

Decent hotel considering the price and location. current renovations are beong carried out so some noise but we weren't able to stay in the newly renovated room unless we paid more. Very helpful and friendly reception and let us check in early which helped alot!

The place to stay in Jerusalem I came with a group about 250 pax to Jerusalem gardens hotel they welcomed us as warm as we hathe staff at the front desk is very polite and gave us a very excellent service the rooms are very clean the dinning room staff is great and the breakfast and dinner was perfect and deletions.I recommend this hotel to everyone want to visit jerusalem

Friendly staff and great location The hotel is in the Arab quarter of Jerusalem, which means that shops and restaurants are open on Fridays and Saturdays. The reception staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. No complaints about the room or condition. Rooftop swimming pool would be great when the weather is warmer. Old style hotel, food was not that great but location was good.

Basic amenities, comfortable, clean except for bedsheets, pillows need to replace. While service is good, restaurant needs more varieties. Location ideal for walk to various attractions including spiritual immersion in the holy places.

The hotel location was not great for walking and local taxi fares were quite expensive. The rooms and facilities were very average. The buffet breakfast and dinner were not very appetising. There was a nice view from the pool area on 5th floor. The saving grace for this hotel was their staff who are well trained and very obliging.

Great hotel with friendly service. Ramzy the hotel general manager was attentive and polite to guests. Only 15 minute walk to Holy sepulchre church through Damascus gate. Food pretty simple. Television doesn't work well, the guy at the reception told me that he can do nothing for me and proposed me to pay 250 nis more to have Television.

Room looks a little bit rundown but it was spacious and the ensuite bathtub made for a great way to relax after an entire day of walking around in the city. It was located a little distance from the Tram stop, so if you dont know the shortcut, it could take a while to see and walk to the hotel. Nice inexpensive hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Quite outdated and undermaintained. Needs renovation. But was good enough for a good night sleep, and the receptionists were very kind and helpful.

House keeping only brings towels or toiletries, no cleaning. No one at the front at check in time, so left my suitcase there and came back later. The elevator did not work one day and we had to take the stairs.. 5 stories. Staff are not very supportive or friendly, very rude d and non apologetic. The stairs were very dirty. Mohamed at the reception was very kind, he lended me an iphone charger and helped me out for my tours. Bravo to him 🫶🏽 the housekeeping were very kind and polite. They cleans everyday except on shabath. There is a supermarket very near, money exchange shops, pharmacy, shopping center nearby, walking distance.

Located in the new town, about 15 minutes walk to the old town. If you walk while looking at the cityscape, you will arrive soon, so you don't feel like you're walking that far. The hotel (apartment type) has the same facilities as a hotel, so I was able to stay comfortably. Breakfast will be taken at a nearby hotel.

Hillel 11 is perfectly located. I enjoyed my experience of staying 15 min walk from Old City Walls and Mamilla Hotel. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and public transportation, spas and synagogue. I was very pleased by my most recent stay at this property, reason i say most recent is I ended up rebooking it multiple times on this trip! I extended my reservation 2 times. When I originally arrived I was a little shocked, because I was looking for an upscale Israel vibe, and this hotel has a New York American vibe. It just surprised me. We had a great time at the Brown JLM hotel. Great location. We did not move the car the entire weekend and went everywhere by foot. Nice cosy room for two. Great bed. Great shower. Really nice and helpful personnel. The breakfast was fabulous.

I love this hotel because it's very quiet & the clerk is very friendly. EXCELLENT shower & air conditioner. I took a small room but i really like it. The only con is there's no refrigerator or safe. I'd really recommend coming here 4 someone who's looking 4 an affordable hotel & likes a quiet place.

The location of Hotel is very nice. Place is quite and calm. Staff is very nice and helpful. You can visit old city and city center, its on walking distance. Rooms are quite ok, I was not very satisfied with the rooms, One of the god option to stay in Jerusalem.

Very nice and humble place, the crew was great and caring but not professional. Beds we're not comfortable at all.

It's a simple hotel, with a good price for its location. The employees are always nice and can speak in a very good english. The only problem for me was the tight bathroom.

We stayed April 2016 9 days it was a great convenience and off the the Main Street. Was quite and peaceful. The staff were great. The front desk clerks were incredibly knowledgeable with detail about where and how to go anywhere in Israel. The only thing is missing is an elevator. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was comfortable and clean. It felt very luxurious considering the price. The room had a comfortable bed, working and quiet air conditioner, and a kitchenette with utensils and plates. There was an extra blanket and pillow in the closet. There was a balcony with a great view of Jerusalem and the hills in the distance, with a little table and chairs to relax. The staff was really good very attentive and kind but the hotel needs a huge remodeling. The wallpapers are cracking, and the bathroom smells like mildew. If your room is facing the street, you will definitely hear people shouting in the middle of the night or Cab drivers smoking outside. Also, couple of guests were smoking in the hotel that I have to call the reception and asking them to stop.
