Noise all night from other room and woke up
Today the hallway was full of garbage from whoever made noise all night
Very disappointed 

Also shower- won’t drain and due to that water fall all over

I stayed here for 6 nights on a business trip. The breakfast had very good variety, including an espresso bar. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative was the lack of a laundry room. They had a laundry service, but the prices were very high (e.g. $14 USD for a pair of pants). Plus, you had to turn the clothes in before 9am and they wouldn't be delivered back until the evening of the NEXT day. If you wanted it the same evening, that was an additional 50% ($21 per pair of pants).

Excellent service, especially when resolving problems. We arrived late for breakfast after the food had already been cleared away—our fault entirely—but the staff still found a solution and went out of their way to help.
We really appreciated that.

Great Location, Excellent Service, but Rooms Need Some Refreshing

The hotel is centrally located, which made getting around the city very convenient. While the building and rooms do feel a bit outdated and slightly neglected, the overall experience was very positive thanks to the attentive and professional staff. The facilities were well-maintained, and the food was excellent throughout our stay.

A special mention goes to the events manager, who did a fantastic job organizing the Passover Seder and Shabbat meals — everything was well-planned, meaningful, and enjoyable.

If the rooms were updated a bit, this hotel would be an even better choice. Still, we had a great time and truly appreciated the warm hospitality.
