Hotel Yehuda is a beautiful modern facility, impeccably clean and with friendly, professional staff. Everyone speaks good English. The rooms have amazing views of the surrounding hills. The breakfast buffet (included in room price) is sumptuous. The environment is peaceful and beautiful. There is a nice little gym and a gorgeous pool. The location is good too -- away from the bustle of central Jerusalem but only a short busride away from everything.

Rooms very clean, bed very comfy. Heater/AC works very strongly. Everything about the hotel is super clean and well maintained. The restroom is very good, appliances very clean, water hot, bathtub was great and comfortable. Toilet and sink works very well. The wifi is fast and stable.

The hotel has a large gated entrance, security needs to let you in. The hotel has a very beautiful Jerusalem brick facade.

Breakfast was soso. Food was better at other hotel I visited at this caliber. Could expect better. There is also a bar at the 4th floor.

Service staff attentive and helpful, check in was easy.

Parking is available within the gated area of the hotel. However, on Friday (Shabbat) it got full, so I didn't have any parking in the hotel and this was around 3pm. So they wouldn't let me in, and I had to go outside the street and find parking around the front entrance, so this is a big no to me. Was raining very badly that day and I got all wet walking back into my hotel room.

Farther away from city center , old city Jerusalem. Need drive there then park or take public transport. But it is a quiet suburb area of Jerusalem. Nice and quiet, but remote. No stores or restaurants.

Nice hotel is far ar from Israel center ( 20 min by car). Rooms are well designed. We took a room with view to hills. I really enjoed the landscape. I liked the breakfast very much! We had a car. Parking was available.

It is a nice hotel for sure worth the money. It is not 5 stars but the breakfast is very close to 5 stars and the staff was 6 stars! Has very nice pool , it is the midst of green and if you take a garden room you have a small private garden

The staff at this hotel were so attentive; everyone was professional from the front desk to the room service to the restaurant. The hotel was immaculately clean. The spa was an added treat and reasonably priced. The food for all the meals was delicious. And the hotel is conveniently located in the city, with easy access to major roads.

Very nice and close to everything in Jerusalem. Pool was fantastic, also wonderful for kids.

We've only spent a few days, but so it's been a pleasure. Staff is fantastic and helpful. Clean and nice decor. Great pool, small kids pool too. Will definitely go back again.

Disappointing and Unpleasant Stay.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The hotel was extremely noisy, crowded with kids running around everywhere, and overall very dirty. The buffet restaurant was particularly bad — the floors were filthy, the tables were not cleaned properly, and the entire food area felt unhygienic.

The service was just as bad. The staff were unfriendly, never smiled, never greeted us, and seemed completely uninterested in helping guests. It felt like no one cared.

Our room was dirty and smelled awful. It was far from the clean, comfortable stay we expected.

The only positive thing I can mention is that the outdoor areas of the hotel look nice. Beyond that, this was not a pleasant experience at all, and I would not recommend this hotel.
