Brown Mamilla in Jerusalem

I was very pleased by my most recent stay at this property, reason i say most recent is I ended up rebooking it multiple times on this trip! I extended my reservation 2 times. It was pretty hard for me to leave. I was very pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the rooms. They aren’t so large but for my solo trip they were more than enough space. The area can not be more perfect, very centrally located a min walk to mamilla mall. 10/10 the area at night also comes alive. Made me feel at times I was in Tel Aviv. Tho I didn’t spend much time in the hotel I did see they have what to offer. I’ll check out the pool on my next stay. Breakfast was good with a rather grand presentation. I want to also highlight the fact that my room was made up maybe like 10 minutes after I left and came back so they must have the flash working for housekeeping, also realized they gave me chocolate on night 3 so that was a nice surprise! Thank you to Anton and the pleasurable staff for extending an arm during my multiple stays. Check out this property for yourself and I look forward to coming back again.

Excellent hotel in Jerusalem. So close to the Old City. Fabulous food at the hotel restaurant.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, made even better by the outstanding service from Anton, the hotel manager, and Luis, who was equally warm and welcoming. Both of them went above and beyond to make every guest feel cared for.
Anton was incredibly friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure that everything was perfect. His genuine dedication to guest satisfaction created such a positive atmosphere throughout my stay. Luis was just as impressive—kind, helpful, and always ready with a smile. He made every interaction feel personal and sincere.
The location of the hotel couldn’t have been more perfect—just down the street from Mamilla Mall, The Western Wall & Mahane Yehuda making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the area.
My room was comfortable and the balcony was absolutely wonderful. Overlooking the city from there added something truly special to my visit. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the atmosphere.
The hotel’s restaurant made this charming boutique hotel feel fun and lively. The energy, the food, and the warm ambiance all added to the hotel’s unique character. It was a place you genuinely wanted to spend time in, whether starting the morning or unwinding at the end of the day.
Together, Anton and Luis set the tone for exceptional hospitality, and their teamwork truly elevated my stay. Because of them—and the rest of the wonderful team—my experience was comfortable, relaxing, and memorable.
I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, great amenities, and an unbeatable location.

When I originally arrived I was a little shocked, because I was looking for an upscale Israel vibe, and this hotel has a New York American vibe. It just surprised me. The manager graciously stepped in and made me feel so welcome that I couldn’t turn back. I am very glad I didn’t.

The stay was lovely and the rooms are small but the ceilings and windows looking out are incredible. You have to pause to appreciate this hotel for what it is… it has some real boutique charm and charisma.

The staff is very efficient and friendly, and you really do feel like you’re coming home when they welcome you back.

I will warn you that the noise outside will wake you if you are a light sleeper, but the manager even warned me about that and gave me options.

The breakfast was the best I’ve had on my trip.

Again, the manager was everywhere making sure everything was to my standards and making me feel warm and welcome.

4 stars to the hotel itself - 5 to the manager and the food! Thank you!

We had a great time at the Brown JLM hotel.
Great location. We did not move the car the entire weekend and went everywhere by foot.
Nice cosy room for two. Great bed. Great shower. Really nice and helpful personnel.
The breakfast was fabulous.

Big fan of brown. First time at this one - great service and everything you expect (and then some). See you again soon
