My experience at the hotel was generally very good. The pool is excellent, and the private beach is very well maintained. The buffet is large and varied, although considering the category of the hotel, I believe the flavor of some dishes could be improved.

Most of the staff were extremely kind. Every employee we interacted with kept the areas clean, organized, and provided quality service. Their effort and dedication were noticeable.

However, we did have an isolated incident with the employee in charge of handing out towels at the exit to the pool area—a young, fair-skinned staff member with light-colored eyes—who unfortunately behaved in a very rude manner: first toward my wife, and then on two occasions toward me. This was a sharp contrast to the excellent treatment provided by the rest of the staff and honestly made us feel uncomfortable. Still, I want to emphasize that this isolated situation does not represent the rest of the team, who acted very professionally.

Aside from that detail, I consider this hotel a very good option for spending one or several days at the Dead Sea. The facilities are comfortable, and the price–quality ratio is quite reasonable.

The best Hotel. direct access to the dead sea miracleous water. Delicious Israeli food Wowww! Thank you for the various kind of everything and being so generous and kind to your guests. we loved the experience and come back for sure

We originally booked a 1 night stay but liked it so much we added a 2nd night on. Everyone at the hotel were very, very pleasant and nice. The room was spotless at check in, and we loved the view from the balcony. We had breakfast and dinner there, and thought the buffets had really great options. It was very convenient to go out the door and be on the beach.

The only drawback is the very limited parking on-site (which we had read about). There is paid parking on the street out front, but there is also a free lot that they will lead you over to where you can leave your car & they will bring you back to the hotel. But honestly it is do close, you can walk. It would be more helpful to have those directions on the paper they hand out at check in, or on the pre-registration email that you receive.

But honestly, we loved the hotel and will definitely stay again the next time we come. They are doing construction on the spa, but it never bothered us during our stay.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean but the service is not so good.
1. We didn’t get bathrobes
2. We asked the cleaner for extra coffee pods, he said he will bring us and we didn’t get any.
3. A friend was staying in another room and had a problem with the toilet. She went to the reception and was able that it’s ok, that’s how it should be. They didn’t even send someone to check.

It's not terrible, it's just a bit run down, particularly the rooms, which badly needs some refurbishment. The lifts don't work properly, the pool is cold (really, is it too much to spend a few thousand kWh a year to heat it, will it make such a big dent in the running costs of an entire hotel), the buffet food is a bit meh. The walls and doors are not well insulated and you hear what is going on in the corridor and the adjacent rooms. There's also basically nothing for young kids to do there. On the plus side, the hotel is right on the shore, so the view is to die for.

Review of stay 20-23/4
Access to the Dead Sea was good , apart from one thing, they need to look at the rotating doors to the sea .they are not smooth functioning and with a push did had a sudden move which hit my elderly mum
They need to seriously change that or it is dangerous
The breakfast was good but the coffee was not. dinner was average
The sulphur bath was very good

Recommended for families.
Great view.. Spacious suite.
Very comfortable.
The kids club was small and not insulated well (too cold/hot).
The rain went through the roof. But didn't affect our stay.. Classic Crown Plaza (previous owner).
Our town was cozy and warm.
The sound insulation in the room was poor, as we could hear the neighbors pretty well.
