this hotel seems to be falling apart. It's vey badly maintained - guest elevator out of service for unknown period of time, and a service elevator that does function is filthy and smells bad. The first room key we got didn't open the room door, and nobody knew how to open it - they had to give as anther room. Negligence all over, nothing is quite clean. The service is indifferent at best, and there are no facilities except for a swimming pool, which is rather far from the lobby. The spa in the hotel itself is closed - it is possible to use the spa in another hotel, but it's a 10 minute drive. No guest programs or entertainment whatsoever. The only things fairly good are the comfortable beds and the food.

Hotel below all criticism, maintenance 0, half-fallen curtains not connected - in the hallways. Everything in the room was not connected properly, cleanliness below all criticism, both in the rooms and throughout the hotel, simply disgusting. Picture in the advertisement of a solarium with chairs and facilities for staying is actually empty, not even a single piece of seating furniture, neglected. There is no connection between the advertising pictures of the rooms and what actually exists. The entrance door to the room upon arrival received the card but the door is stuck due to curvature. When draining water in the shower/toilet, there is a noise of water falling from all floors. This sound is also heard when "staying" in the lobby. Departure on Saturday at 2:00 PM Most visitors were religious and asked for an extra charge for each guest to extend their stay until 4:00 PM, which also does not help.
