Reviews
On the positive side, the room was large, clean, and very comfortable. The blanket is a bit narrow but it was ok. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently helpful and polite. Nuriel at reception was especially outstanding. The team at the spa desk was patient and accommodating, and the dining room staff were attentive as well. Service was genuinely strong across the board. And there are no kids in the hotel which was very important to me !
The spa itself is very good. The treatments are professional, with real options for medical, deep tissue, and lymphatic massages — not just standard relaxation treatments. The facilities include a large hammam with plenty of space, a dry sauna, a salt water pool, a jacuzzi, a yoga/pilates room with classes, and a gym. The common areas are well maintained, aesthetically pleasing, and create a calm atmosphere.
On the downside, the food needs improvement. Both breakfast and dinner were underwhelming. There are limited options, and very few healthy choices beyond the salad bar. The only fruit available was apples. The pastries and bread, which appear to come from outside, were dry and not fresh.
Another issue is the spa atmosphere. The jacuzzi and salt water pool are often crowded, and guests tend to speak loudly. Staff do not enforce a quiet environment, which makes it difficult to truly relax. A clear rule about maintaining quiet in the spa area would significantly improve the experience.
Finally, around the pool there are only chairs. It would be helpful to have proper lounge beds for guests who want to read or rest comfortably.
Overall, the hotel has strong potential thanks to its staff and spa professionals, but improvements in food quality and enforcement of a quiet spa environment would make a meaningful difference.
At the time of booking, I paid one reservation in full online and selected to pay the second on arrival. However, despite explaining this at reception, I was asked to make two additional payments. This resulted in me being charged three times in total.
I followed up afterwards with the spa, providing booking confirmations and payment statements that clearly show the overpayment. Unfortunately, I have not yet received a refund or resolution.
To be fair, the massage itself was very good and genuinely enjoyable, and the therapist did an excellent job. That said, the facilities felt dated, and the unresolved payment issue significantly overshadowed what could otherwise have been a positive experience.
EDIT, this issue has now been resolved and I have been refunded.
The lady that made capuchino in the morning, Ayman, was simply outstanding !!! Great smile and great coffe.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile — their service really made a difference. The spa area was a highlight too: clean, relaxing, and beautifully designed. The hammam and sauna were perfect after a day at the beach.
Overall, it was a perfect combination of comfort, great food, and excellent service in a beautiful setting. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing seaside escape!
We did not realise you couldn’t have children. After driving 3 hours we arrived, and the manager laughed in our face upon arrival after we unloaded our car saying you can’t stay here you have kids. We said okay, can you help us find somewhere else, she said no, and laughed in our face again.
We then went into the lobby for our refund and rude guests spoke about us in Hebrew upset we had kids in the lobby (they didn’t know we could understand Hebrew), the staff laughed with them about us in our predicament (please note it’s over 100 degrees outside, we needed AC to figure out our next step).
Rudest people in the entire world. One of the guests (whose mother was talking about us in Hebrew and we understood what she was saying) started videotaping us, laughing at us. May Karma take care of them.
We would like everyone to know the manager here is one of the worst I have ever seen and she should not work in hospitality service industry. If I owned this hotel, I would replace her immediately.
We got a couples spa done in a special room where the jacuzzi was as the dirtiest thing I’d ever seen, the masseuses were terrible and didn’t focus on the parts we asked them to give special attention to. The towels didn’t cover my feet throughout the massage and the annoying part was that it kept slipping off of my body which was really uncomfortable for me as a girl with 2 male masseuses in the room.
Other than that, the hotel staff didn’t speak Hebrew or basic English. The food was not up to the mark. They didn’t know what was being served, if the chocolates had peanuts, or where the straws were. The basic things weren’t available and there was no way the staff could help because of the huge language barrier. Considering it’s Israel they should at least hire staff that can speak Hebrew and considering it’s a tourist destination at least some English could be beneficial in providing good service to the guests. One of the ladies that made eggs at breakfast seemed frustrated all the time and answered rudely to the people giving her their basic orders for breakfast.
Other than that, the staff constantly either kept playing reels or tik toks loudly on their phone or kept talking on calls.. instead of a relaxing lounge it seemed chaotic.
We ordered from the a-la- carte menu for lunch in the same lounge area, again the guy taking out orders didn’t know basic Hebrew or English, our order for basic salads arrived after 45 minutes of waiting with everything else including a completely burnt pizza.
The room service staffed entered our rooms so many times without knocking in the morning which was completely unprofessional considering we were asleep and had not put the cleaning sign on the door knob.
They do not even give 2 extra water bottles like every hotel that I’ve been to does for the following day if the guest is staying for more than a night. I asked for extra towels in the afternoon and it only arrived 2-3 later and again they entered the room without knocking and same with the toilet papers which they gave us at night when I had asked for it in the evening.
We spent 2 nights here and we’ll never recommend this place to anybody.
It wasn’t worth it at all.
Photos look great, but isn’t that in real life. Rooms are falling apart, dirty and dated. Smells like musky cigarettes.
The pool is small and with full hotel there is no room for anybody.
We parked right outside the hotel and parked were they told us to.
We got a fine for $250. When speaking with Elena the manager, she just laughed in our faces and told us to read the Israel laws.
We on holiday for 2 days in Israel, I’m not going to spend that time reading the law lol.
Overall very terrible experience staying here.
I would avoid at all cost.
There are allot of better looking hotels in the area.
