But the best thing during our stay were the friendly people (especially the host of the hotel) and the food.
Food was exceptionally good, both the dinner menu(s) and the huge breakfast buffet.
What completely blew us away were the dessert buffets that were presented during the 2 nights that we ate at the hotel. The choice, quality and presentation were Michelin star quality (in our opinion). The 2 chefs working the kitchen are doing an amazing job.
The bar with the live music and good aperitivo were a nice feature as well.
For 15€ oer person you could also use the wellness. Overall we had a great time and will definitelly come back in future!
The experience was delightful from the start: we enjoyed a complimentary aperitif accompanied by snacks and live music, which created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend the three-course dinner menu at €30 per person — the quality was outstanding, with a thoughtful selection of wines to match.
Service was another highlight. The owner personally went out of his way to help us arrange travel to Passo Valles despite the lack of public transport, and the entire staff was consistently attentive, friendly, and professional.
The only minor drawback was our room’s location on the second floor next to the elevator, which was occasionally audible when in use.
Overall, an excellent stay that we would gladly repeat.
