Amazing experience! The views are incredible, amazing panoramas all around 🏔⛰️. What a luxury to be able to observe the sunsets from within the restaurant while enjoying a very good dinner. Grateful! The bedroom we had can use a bit of renovation/revival but to be honest the room had such a great terrace to enjoy the mountain view from that we had forgotten about the slightly outdated room interior. Staff is efficient and very attentive. Rarely have I seen such a well-prepared breakfast at a 3star hotel, not even at a 5star hotel: Tremendous variety of food, also for vegans, fresh products and very tasty👌🏾. The location of the hotel is ideal for both hiking as well as skiing in winter (literally next to the skilift). Oh and to top all that: The wellness area is the cherry on top of it all with a sauna offering the most beautiful mountain view. We will go back and meanwhile highly recommend this charming place! ❤️

Nothing beats this hotel!! The location and the views are unbelievable and the service is wonderful and very friendly regardless of language. The best dinners ever and the most wonderful breakfast buffet with absolutely anything you crave! Their gondola service and the hiking trails are wonderful additions to the goodies of staying here. They also have a sauna and jacuzzi.

Everything is perfect and we are happy to return here every time. The food is delicious, the rooms are extremely clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent for exploring the area. The apple strudel is a must-try if you come here. There is absolutely nothing to fault about this place.

We visited Hotel Schlemmer, located above Brixen, for lunch while skiing at the Plose ski resort. The service was good, and the food prices were average. The highlight, however, was the breathtaking panoramic view. The hotel is conveniently situated just a few meters from the ski slopes, making it an ideal spot for a break. A fun and practical detail is the hooks mounted on the terrace tables, perfect for securing your ski equipment.

Very rude service in the establishment. The greedy 60y old owner roams the dining area, taking away unfinished meals and drinks that have already been paid for in order to chase customers out and make room for new ones. The owner does not allow friends, who arrived 30 minutes later from the slopes, to join the already-occupied table, saying: “This is my house and I will do what I want. Your group has five people but 2 finished, and here four people are waiting, which means more money.” The food itself is of average quality and I found a human hair in my soup. I strongly advise against visiting due to the disgusting atmosphere inside. Soon I will add photos and more info on internationale ski and snowboard forum.

Most incredible facility and staff. Food outstanding breakfasts plus dinner a big wow. Feels built yesterday. So clean. Views incredible. Rooms so clean and simple with everything you want. We only spoke english and they were very caring to ensure we understood. Nice bar in center.

Definitely great view from room to Santa Maddalena peak. Brixen card for cable car included in room price. Superb breakfast with everything what you can imagine including tasty sausages. Location just few steps from cable car to Plose peak.

We stayed in the summer and did 3/4 board.
4 course dinner was perfect size and easy. Breakfast buffet was top notch.
Beautiful location, get a room with a view and make sure you ride the gondola to the top!

We stopped here for lunch during our hike and enjoyed the sunny terrace and the playground. The service was swift and friendly and there was a nice variation of food to choose from. My husband's pasta Bolognese was delicious. Our chips were nice and crispy and the meat good. The view is stunning
