My husband and I were very, very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the room, the friendliness of the staff, the lovely breakfast, and the most comfortable beds we have slept in since we left our home almost 6 weeks ago.

Pleasant stay at this hotel with easy access to anywhere in the town (main bus station only minutes away). Room was clean, comfortable, air-conditioned, with a nice balcony. Breakfast was very basic (bread, croissant, youghurt and some veggies. Coffee was served in a small pot and cheese and ham for bread was served on a private plate). Nice stay and very friendly staff. Extra note! We lost our key card in the evening and could not reach the staff at that time. The neighbouring gentleman noticed our dilemma and helped us to reach the hotel staff in the late evening. In the end everything went very smoothly! Many thanks to the staff! - Pekka & Mirkka

Clean, good location to walk to the train station and into town for dinner. Reception staff extremely helpful - even got us a coffee as breakfast hasn’t opened as we had to check out early for our train.

The hotel is a little far from the train station, about a 15-minute walk, but it is close to the bus station. There is also a Conan supermarket next to it, so it is very convenient for shopping. I was very satisfied with it as a whole, especially because I was able to borrow a kettle. It was a very satisfying trip!

Very nice and comfortable stay. Perfect location with parking. Location easily accessible by car. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. Perfect breakfast. Thank you and we will be happy to come back to you again.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is so clean, the beddings are so soft, comfy and clean. Super friendly staff. The bathroom is modern.

I booked ortisei temporarily but there was no room available, so I had to drive to this town to check in. The parking fee was 10 euros per night. There were parking spaces on the ground, but the front desk said that it was only allowed to park for 15 minutes. In order to avoid trouble, I parked in the parking lot. The breakfast was average, with only simple bread, eggs and coffee.

We have just ended our stay at this hotel. We are a family with two children (12 and 13) and we highly reccomand this hotel. The rooms are very clean, cosy, comfortable. Very tasty breakfast, extremely nice staff. The hotel is 3 minutes walk from the city center and about 15 minutes drive to Plose cable cabin. There is also a bus station for the cabin, just nearby the hotel. It was a great experience for us !
