This hotel is definitely one of our favourite hotels in the Dolomites!
The facilities are excellent if you’re looking for true mountain relaxation. There are different types of saunas, indoor and outdoor pools, an entertainment room, and even llamas you can pet!
We stayed for two nights and left feeling completely recharged. We’re a young couple, and we honestly think this hotel is perfect for everyone, no matter you’re families with kids or young couples like us.
The staff also went above and beyond to address our concerns and make us feel welcome! Breakfast and dinner were both very good, with plenty of choice and great quality.

We spend 3 nights in June 2025. Hotel is bigger than it looks in the pictures, and looks amazing. We stayed in the new rooms (Erica), because I read some bad reviews for the smaller rooms (Erica is huge!). You have a parking garage on -2 level, with assigned places for each room. Food is very tasty and the best part for us - we could go to dinner at 8PM (given that you want to walk around the mountains as much as possible in the nice weather)

The lovely family centred team at Torgglerhof were great hosts. Been lucky enough to stay in 5* and 4* hotels in sudtirol so was a bit apprehensive about staying in a 3*s hotel we booked at last minute but it was absolutely superb. Super food differing daily, lovely spa facilities and comfortable rooms.

Fantastic hotel, our room had amazing views of the Bressanone City above from our balcony also a spectacular views at night. We had small room very basic; a bit dark toilet in need of more lighting.
The spa all very clean a place to relax, we loved the swimming pool outside with warm water in winter was a pleasant experience made by the scenery of the mountains.
Dinner was really good when making their local food popular in Alto Adige canederli a sort of meet balls but with speck cured meat; but then not really good at other dishes that aren't local cuisine like the lasagna wasn't their best food.

Great place with amazing view and very nice people. The common areas are well kept and offer a diversity of options for kids and adults. The lamas are a must especially for kids. Hope to return soon.
