It was absolutely horrible. We were served food from several days before and were sick for some days because of this.
Also after we had left the hotel the hotel owner threatened us to pay for damage at his hotel. He threatened us with police. This was very unacceptable.
Do not visit this hotel.

I paid an insane price for the room. Same as I pay for a 4 star in a major US city. I expected something way better. Hotel feels dated.
I had to stand around at the reception for 10 minutes waiting to get checked in. Just install a bell people can ring. It isn’t rocket science.
Main issue is that it is summer and I can’t open the window because there are people chain smoking in the back patio of the place. My room stinks like smoke…

Entered the room without knocking without persmission. After saying something about it they promised to make a 'do not disturb' sign for us. They did not do that. They even enteted the room again and touched and moved my stuff. The curtain is half the size of the window. It's laughable. This hotel is joke. The bathroom doesn't have hooks to hang clothes and the room is old and outdated. It's a circus.

Simple, heritage hotel in a nice location. Restaurats and shops along the same street.
Room is simple but comfortable. Nice, but smaller shower (no bath in my room) with great water pressure.
Front desk was very friendly and accommodating. If could've stayed longer this would've been great spot.

I have good memories of my stay at Hotel Krone: It is a family-run hotel. The boss is always available. I arrived before check-in. That was no problem. I could put my luggage down, put on my running clothes in a changing room and go for a jog along the river. Then the room was ready at one o'clock. The location of the hotel in the pedestrian zone is great. The breakfast is good. They even have cake, which we don't have in Northern Europe. The room was good. The bed was too not too hard. I can recommend the hotel. The price-quality ratio is good.

Thank you for very nice communication and kind service. Arrive late at the evening but get more than expected. The breakfast was good. Rooms are very clean and cozy. Locked parking in 150 metters.

What a wonderful hotel, yuuumyyy restaurant and kind hosts. The friend I'm traveling with has stayed in this location 1-2 weeks at a time 20 years in a row and he absolutely loves it. And I now love it too. This is a family business passed on from father to son and I just recommend it with all my heart. The accommodation is very comfortable, more than one needs, and breakfast and dinner are included and are just exquisite. Dinner has many courses and each dish is Michelin level. If you pass by Bruneck, pay them a visit, either for the restaurant or for the hotel, and you won't regret it!

Beautifully located in the very old town, 400m from a public/ski bus stop. The town is simply gorgeous, especially the old town, nearby the skislopes. The rooms are ok, but most of them require renovation. The hotel is based in the medieval building. Food is good.

The rooms are very large with excellent services and cleanliness. The large bathroom with everything you need. Breakfast served at convenient times and plentiful breakfast. Plenty of space in the hall. The very kind staff Emma above all available for any eventuality. Prices are very competitive. Advise
