Ratzeshof in Kastelruth

A warm and lovely place I’d definitely recommend if you’re visiting the Dolomites by car. The location is great — not far from Seiser Alm — making it easy to explore the area. They also provide parking space.

I stayed in the one-bedroom apartment, which fits 3–4 people. It has a bathroom and a kitchen, all fully equipped and comfortable. The bathroom floor was heated, which was a nice touch.

We also loved the local cats that came to greet us — they made the place feel even more charming. The host was kind and welcoming.

We’ll definitely recommend this place to our friends!

We had such a lovely stay, the place is truly beautiful, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. It’s the kind of setting that makes it hard to leave.

The landlord was incredibly accommodating and kind throughout our stay. I’m especially grateful for their help with the items I accidentally left behind, they handled everything without hesitation and went out of their way to assist.

A beautiful place run by beautiful people. I highly recommend this place for your vacation if you're driving. The apartment is impeccably kept and the view from the balcony of the mountain in front is unobstructed. The road leading to the apartment is a little narrow, so if you're driving a huge motorhome you might have a hard time. I drove a motorhome (pictured) and could drive with more confidence after a few in-and-outs. Thank you for the good memories!

wonderful stay at the Ratzeshof

We really enjoyed our vacation at the Ratzeshof!
We stayed in the 3 room apartment with a panoramic view of the Sciliar. The view is breathtakingly beautiful, including the sunsets.
The apartment is cleverly designed, clean and equipped with everything. The host and hostess are very friendly and can offer a good breakfast (sandwiches).
Wonderful place to enjoy the peace, nature, sheep, the beautiful surroundings (Kastelruth, ...) and to ski in winter. We'd love to come back!

Lovely house for six people, beautiful views very friendly owners and of course hungry cats :) Strongly recommend.

We arrived in this splendid structure with a suggestive immersion in the snowy forest; arrived at the isolated apartment in the mountains and with a postcard view, we were exquisitely welcomed by the family of owners who, after letting us park the car in the garage, accompanied us to an apartment that, in terms of size, design and view, exceeded our expectations are far and away: wooden structure, 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom, a large bathroom with tub, a super-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a comfortable sofa with TV and the living room opens with this huge window that opens onto a porch in wood and the exciting view of the mountain and the wooded landscape below are something indescribable!
At 1 km there is an Info Point where your names will be deposited and you will be given the pass for most of the high altitude parking lots, very convenient and super advantageous for those who ski.
The location is excellent close to supermarket, ski slopes, walking trails, town.
We were fascinated by the magic that reigns in this enchanted place out of time and out of the world.
We recommend it to all those who love the spirit of the forest, starry nights, silence and in general the wonder of nature that here becomes impressive and shines in all its beauty.
