Hotel Lagorai Resort & Spa in Cavalese

This opinion is directly for the skiers. Rooms: We had a room for 2 people, with big bed but conntected with 2 mattresses - it was not comfortable to sleep. However, room was fresh, clean and warm. You have to forget about wi-fi in room and entire object - connection was terrible! Meals: Breakfast… 🤢 scrambled eggs - was just from eggs powder, some bacon, few types of ham and cheese, not very good sausages. In addition, possibilites of making some oatmeal with jogurt and of course Italian sweet delicacy. For people who supposed to have energy on the slopes, breakfast is poor. Snack: 3 kinds of cakes Still the same sandwiches, some prosciutto and old fruits. Mostly leftovers after breakfast. Dinner: For 35 eur per person I would like to eat something tasty, but it was average. (Service Manager does not speak English. This is not a joke - he forgot about our order for dinner and we left half bottle of wine on previus dinner which has disappeard when we wanted to finish it on next dinner. 🤣 Pool: cold water - if you dont complain on reception. Although, they have great steam sauna. Skiroom: All rooms have their own lockers for skiing equipments - great sollution. Skibus: 🤣 when you go to the Pampeago, bus has stop next to the hotel, but when you return to the hotel, bus stop is next to the main road, and you have to go to the hotel about 300 m with your skiing boots🤣

The hotel was very good, the staff friendly and the food good too
