Very clean, divine food, incredibly friendly service, and an owner who feels like family. Plus, an indoor pool, a cave, and a whirlpool, all with complimentary thermal water, plus many other amenities at reasonable prices. Definitely recommend!

This hotel takes hospitality to another level, from the facilities, the spa all the way to the food, the snacks, the drinks. However, the most precious part of our experience were the persons we met there. The hosts and the staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly, and they go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Came here twice and each time the experience was top notch. I highly recommend this place and I am grateful I got the chance to stay here. Maybe one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had.

This is our second time staying at this hotel and we were not disappointed. The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and very attentive to our needs. The food was fabulous. After a long day of skiing, the Spa area provided the relaxation and recovery we needed. I highly recommend this hotel!

I met Johnny and his reception was very wonderful. I loved the place because of him and I will come back to the hotel again. And he made phenomenal drink for us, I want to say thank you very much to him and to his amazing stuff and the hotel have beautiful view

We loved our stay here, the location is great, great food, very helpful and friendly staff, the rooms comfy and spacious. Great for traveling with kids, family and friends. We will be returning here for sure! A lot to do and explore in the area.

It was an extraordinary experience. This is the second time I've come to this hotel. I was also in the winter vacation of 2024 and the conditions are even better, the rooms have been renovated and look extraordinary, large, spacious, bright, the bathrooms are extraordinary. Cleaning is done every day, towels are changed when needed. Now in 2025 it seems the services are even better, and Catalin is the best! Breakfast is very good, after coming from skiing at 4:30 pm there is the possibility to have a snack and the dinners are delicious. True culinary surprises! A very good kitchen.

Best place you can choose for your ski holiday. Our friends and family have been coming here for years and years and we always have a great time. The host and staff take care of everything. Shuttle to the slopes, amazing food, sauna, interior and exterior pools, gym , everything here is at its best. ⛷️

The stay at this hotel was truly an experience, especially thanks to the staff who was very friendly and had initiative for activities and discussions. The Therme room we booked was indeed premium. The only small detail I would like to point out is about the bathroom amenities - it could use a better blow dryer and some shampoo and conditioner.

This is an amazing place, perfect in every way! Very clean and cozy, very quiet and relaxing, excellent cuisine, sparkling clean thermal pools and sauna and smiling friendly staff. A couple of ski lifts within walking distance. And all this is located among the beautiful Dolomites! I want to go back! Huge respect for the people who did this!
