The place is a return in time amaizing hotel.Clean rooms, prestine preservation.Good food.
Now the most important things.The morning breakfast lady called Marie, she s a gem, smiling, gracious small with her national dress on. She will instantly ask you : what would you like to drink :) love her
Highly recommended. Would happily return as i stayed with ski organizers :OnAdventure

Well appointed room, scrumptious breakfast to set us up for each day's skiing, quirky decor details, comfy honesty bar, and all run by helpful & knowledgeable people. Decent eateries and the ski bus all within 5 mins walk. Really couldn't ask for more.

We had a lovely week at the Cavallino D’oro. We were looked after very well by Olga and Katya. The hotel is warm, clean and comfortable and the ladies at breakfast are very accommodating. We are a family of 4 and had interconnecting rooms which worked really well.

We stayed at Cavallino d'Oro in January. This hotel is a real gem! Located in a beautiful old building which has a history of 700 years, but fully renovated inside and outside. We had a spacious family room with a master bedroom and a separate small bedroom for our kid. Everything is clean and pefectly maintained. The hotel has its own designated parking area in the underground garage only 1 min walk away. The bus stop os also very close. It is less than 10 min drive to the Alpe di Siusi cable car, and a half hour to the city of Bolzano.

Hotel has a lot of character and charm. Clean. Well taken care of. A great way for my family to spend our Christmas holiday

Had a WONDERFUL time at this 700 HUNDRED year old Inn located right in city center Kastelruth. Krampus parade literally on the front door steps! Charming room, friendly staff, and location walkable to local sites.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms are very spacious, comfortable , and clean! The location is perfect, just a few steps away from a nice grocery store and several restaurants.
Breakfast was fabulous, from coffee to pastries, really great.
The only reason for the 3 stars on service is because there is never anyone manning the front desk. No one to check you in or out, or just to ask questions. You have to visit another hotel a few hundred meters away to check in and out or just to get extra towels.
This hotel is clearly a 5 Star all around, they just need to man the front desk, at least part of the day.

The breakfast was delicious, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the location in such a quaint town, could not have been better.
