Residence Hotel B&B Rosa in Gabicce Mare

We stayed at this property with my son, but unfortunately, the experience was truly negative. The cleanliness was completely inadequate: the room was dirty, dusty, and smelled strongly of neglect. The towels provided were dirty and unironed, which is unacceptable for a hotel of any standard.
Unfortunately, due to the terrible hygiene conditions, my son became ill. We decided to leave the hotel two days early, an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. We will never return to this property and I strongly advise against staying here.

We stayed at this hotel last month, and the only positives were the location and the double mattress. They're rented as studios, but the kitchen could use some updating. When we arrived, the refrigerator was off and there was smelly water inside, and when we turned on the gas, we could smell gas for a while. My partner had a pillow that was all broken inside, like when you wash them and they fall apart. We had to ask for two more to get a decent one. The bathroom is old, so there are some dirty and rusty areas. We asked for a bike since they offer a bike rental service, but they didn't have a child seat, and I wonder how they can offer such an incomplete service, given that Gabicce is home to only families with small children. I want to point out that the fault certainly isn't with the cleaning lady, who was always very kind and helpful, but definitely with the management. We won't be returning. Poor value for money.

We stayed at the Residence Rosa in Gabicce Mare, a terrible experience. Between the noise and the lack of privacy, our stay was not pleasant, but rather very stressful.
The window overlooked the side of the house opposite, 1 meter away; we couldn't even open the windows.
The cleanliness was poor; if you need to rest, don't stay here.

Disappointing and unacceptable!
We stayed at this property and were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and overall condition of the apartment. The cleanliness left much to be desired, and even worse, there was a strong smell of gas that permeated the entire room, making the atmosphere unbearable.
This situation completely ruined our vacation, causing not only discomfort but also a feeling of insecurity. It is unacceptable that a place like this would not take serious measures to ensure the safety and well-being of its guests.
I want to clarify that we are taking legal action, as our experience was truly unacceptable and compromised our stay.

We enter the apartment and we notice that it had not been cleaned at all and in addition to the dust in the pandemic period it would have been appropriate to perform a sanitization, but in order not to miss anything, the baskets in both the bathroom and the kitchen were full of dirt and even there they were two used masks. Going to take a closer look, we realized that the apartment was full of dust and the windows all dirty with slaps. We went down to reception to report the situation and they assured us that they would arrange for our return to our room in the afternoon. We go back to the room and at the reception they tell us that everything is clean, on entering the room the situation was the same, I have attached photos of the ceiling fan, the TV and the curtain rods with 3 cm of dust after their second cleaning which apparently they hadn't. I had to climb with a ladder found on the floor and clean everything! In addition, peeling taps, rusty soap dish, dirty and broken fridge, unsecured shower door, window handle that did not close when left in your hand and in doing so also disconnected the air conditioning. Once again, no one apologized and even the director hid himself in order not to face the situation. Now I understand why they ask for the (salty) balance as soon as you arrive, because if you go up to your room you will escape.

I stayed at the Residence Rosa for three nights, in the second half of August. Wanting to take stock of this experience, I would start, out of magnanimity, with the positive aspects: the good location of the Residence and ... unfortunately, there are no others.
Let's move on to the negative ones:
1. The cleaning of the room - passed off as a studio apartment - was practically non-existent upon arrival (as can be seen from the attached images, which show a "cat show" of dust under the bed, as well as the stale greasy fur that made happily peeking out from the self-styled extractor hood of the kitchenette).
2. The plasticky and decaying furniture of the "reuse market" of the bathroom area (the attached images do not require further comments).
3. The staff at the reception: absent from around 7 pm until the next morning and, if present, was completely inadequate to provide useful information for a better stay (restaurants, parking, etc.).
4. All this (excluding breakfast, daily parking, umbrella and deck chairs, which we had to pay separately) for the modest sum of 200 euros per night for two people.
In your opinion, how could this budget be objectively defined? And, again in your opinion, could I think of recommending it to someone who wishes to spend their holiday in Gabicce?
I assigned a star, in the impossibility of not giving any.

At first friendly .. then let's forget it and I won't say anything else ... even the place at night unattended, .. quality price is not worth it some places must first be renovated and then fixed. much more ... there are better places I recommend you to go elsewhere ... if someone asks me against it ...
