Beautiful room, close to an enchanted beach called "Fontania", a real paradise on earth

Wet and dirty.
Bad smells and very dirty mattress.
Cook without the right furniture.
Very dirty and unusable closet.

Beautiful structure, tastefully decorated, with the colors of the sea,
large outdoor spaces, parking in a very convenient structure, in front of the room, very clean apartment and close to the beaches of Fontania,
Ariana and Serapo,
we found kindness and cordiality,
Paolo was very kind to give us useful advice on the city on the beaches and places to visit.
We will definitely be back.

Spacious room with kitchen. Internal parking very convenient but especially useful the shortage of parking spaces. Friendly staff

I stayed at this "property" for 2 nights. This is not a B&B, more than anything it is a guest house. Convenient for its proximity to the sea, but there are also pain points. First, the car park is single and the managers push for the insertion of 2 cars, so if you do not pay attention or ruin your car or that of other guests. Then the garden, very pretty, is full of mosquitoes ready to bite with every breath. Beautiful renovated bathroom, very rustic room with some deficiencies, but overall we are.
