Eliseo Terme Hotel in Montegrotto Terme

We've just come back from a one-night stay at this hotel with my 2 daughters (10 and 12 years old).
We went for half board so we could enjoy a totally chilled out girly day and evening and we all had a wonderful time. We arrived early and paid to use the pools before the usual check-in time and loved the fact we could use them in the evening until 11pm, when it was a bit cooler and could enjoy the atmosphere provided by the coloured lights.
We are all foodies and the evening meal and breakfast buffets provided everything we could possibly want to eat. Our room was comfy and the staff were really friendly and helpful.
We'll definitely be back again 🤎
P.S The Butterfly Park 10 minutes down the road is well worth a visit for families with youngsters.

Eliseo hotel is fantastic. It’s the top for an amazing holiday among the goods of an Italian thermae. And You can find there excellent food and as well hotel staff.

Great place very safe very cheap option if you’re looking to spend time in Venice or surrounding areas !

The thermal pools and hot tubs were wonderful. I was disappointed in the 25-minute massage, which was only 20 minutes and was mostly just applying oil. The buffet dinner was 39 euros per person, but there was a great little bar across the street for an alternative. There is not much else to do in Montegrotto, particularly on a Monday.

Lovely stay, excellent stuff who goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

Service and facilities, top notch. Excellent kitchen and chefs. Rooms were a bit dated, but as it's a spa, you're there for that. As I said, the service and facilities were excellent. Staff super friendly and attentive. We went in November, so definitely out of season. The hotel is in the centre of town, a short 15 minute walk from the station, which has trains to Venice, Bologna and Rome, so very well connected.

This hotel was great value and ideally located to explore the broader area with train and bus links close by.

I´ve tried several terme in Italy, tried Montegrotto terme for the first time. Hotel Eliseo Terme was not 4 stars experience, but so much more than 3 stars. Positive impressions: - Beautiful thermal bath facilities. Clean, well-equipped baths and enough space for everyone. Long opening hours. Water itself was amazing. I felt some positive effects on my body from day 1. - Very good and efficient kitchen and restaurant. Had rich buffet breakfast and 4-course dinner + a bottle of local wine that was an excellent choice. Great friendly staff and teamwork. I´d like to thank them for making my stay pleasant at Hotel Eliseo. - Overall nice and spacious room. - "Le fonte" the spring directly from the thermal water source, was tiny, but really brilliant. - Good location. Just 10 minuites walk from Terme Euganee-Abano-Montegrotto train station. Not-so-positive-impressions: - I felt AI-robots could stand at the reception instead. Many staff behind the front desk were somehow robotic, mostly distracted by PC or telephone. I encountered one nice lady, but the others were *not* pleasant at all. - Ashtray on the balcony wasn´t emptied, or an empty bottle of soap wasn´t re-filled in the bathroom when I arrived. They didn´t have time to tidy up my room sometimes either. Layer of dust got thicker. It was not too bad, but cleaning could be definitely better. - I heard this was common around Abano/Montegrotto. But they use sanitizer in the thermal pools. I couldn´t use one of the pools with sodium chloride, because it irritated my skin, and also made me unwell due to the smell coming up from bubble jets. Personally, it went well with the pool with liquid oxygen.

The best coccolata, piscine grandi pulitissima ottimo cibo e stanze. Ottimi prodotti da bagno. Personale sempre disponibili e simpatici. In centro Montegrotto e vicino a tutto. Consigliato. Tornerò sicuramente . Soggiornato sia camera superiore che comfort belle e confortevoli. Vasta scelta di dolci
