Terme Di Relilax Boutique Hotel & Spa in Montegrotto Terme

Can't be 5 stars SPA.
We took daily entrance (50e x person).
Already the path to arrive to SPA is not elegant as it should be. Floor is broken as well as stairs.
The person who "hosted" us at the entrance of SPA was not so polite and educated. Towels are to be shamed- all edges were torn. Locker rooms must be cleaned more often as wellas bathroomsthat have bad smell- full of hair on the floor, bathrooms not polite, the seats in the locker room are too close one to another- it seems to be in an amateur football locker room. Cabinets are a ruined and old.
Hanger of 5 stars hotel can't be broken (not only in locker I choose but also in others)
Deck chairs around swimming pool are in awful conditions. The paint is peeling down.
Some of the walls are in condition that is embarrassing to see.
Outside pool is nice during the night when you can't see the bottom of the pool with a lot of leaves and dirt. There is no place where the water are going out under the pressure for massage.
Inside pool is a bit too small...in the middle there is a spot with two hydro jets and on the wall are three waterfall that stopped working after 20 o'clock. Why? Who knows....
The part of SPA with three saunas, few hot-cold showers, aromatherapy path were interesting, seems to be less old and cleaner.
People leave their towels around occupying the chairs so there is no space to hang or leave your bathrobe- same thing around the swimming pool (there were towels all day on chairs near us and no-one came to take them)
All summed up our experience was definitely not what we expected (and what it SHOULD BE) for 5 stars hotel. Unfortunately we won't be back.
