Very clean and beautiful! The service was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming, exceeding my expectations! I would definitely stay here again if I come to Venice.
They provided disposable slippers, and the mini-fridge was replenished with free drinks daily, which was a pleasant surprise. Bottled water is also available from the staff.
The decor is aesthetically pleasing, and you can see the streets of Venice from the windows.
It's about two bridges away from the station, so if you have heavy luggage, you might want to reconsider, but it's hard to avoid in Venice.
The breakfast selection was limited, and the taste was just average, but trying out the Italian coffee shop outside in the morning would be quite nice.

We would like to thank the manager for his warm hospitality and for explaining Venice to us, who were new to Venice, during our honeymoon. Our room, which was escorted by him, was fantastic. The room, which was decorated with the motif of Columbus' ship, was beautiful, unique, and clean. And the finishing materials and amenities in the room were all luxurious.
It was a shame that we only had one day in Venice, but while we enjoyed Venice and rested at this hotel, we promised to come back to Venice and Santa Croce Hotel again. Thanks to the managers, Venice during our honeymoon was a good memory. I would like to thank you again.

The hotel is near the station. The reception and people there are really nice and helpful. He offered us a brief introduction of Venice and gave recommendation for food. The room and bathroom is clean and decent.

The hotel is near the station and you can walk to the cathedral. But the hotel didn't clean up in time, the trash cans were not emptied, and the towels were not replaced. I communicated with the front desk before leaving and asked for timely cleaning, but when I returned to the room at night, it was still not cleaned.

This time, I had few choices for booking a hotel because I was in a hurry. I thought the hotel was small and inconvenient to travel after reading the reviews. However, after checking in, the hotel service was very enthusiastic and the sleep was very quiet, which was much better than some big hotels I had been to before. Venice is very safe because you can walk everywhere. It is recommended that you find someone to help carry your luggage when you go from the train station to the hotel, as it is tiring to go up and down the stairs.

The service is very good. It takes 7 minutes to walk from the train station, which is very close. The hotel is quiet among the bustle, and the water in the mini bar is free. The decoration is very new and modern

Absolutely superb. Perfect in every way! Location is fantastic - away from the crowded masses but close to everything you want. Our family of four loved it!! The staff are simply the best - friendly, helpful, and personable. They make you feel like you’re their only guests - and with only 15 rooms, the service is second to none. Breakfasts are a real treat and the secluded garden terrace is a dream. I never write reviews but I wanted to for this hotel. It’s special- you’ll be delighted and happy you stayed here. I hope to be back someday!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

+ Fantastic room. Clean and nicely decorated. Beautiful and spacious bathroom. Rated 4 star but on par with 5 star. Hotel and room very clean. Rooms made every day. All staff from front desk to servers were fantastic. All very polite, courteous and very willing to assist. Special shout out to Marco F and Riccardo on front desk who went the extra mile in recommending restaurants and things to do while in Venice. Also a big thank you to Carlos and Andreas at the bar for making us feel so welcome every night. 5* service better than a 5 star hotel. Share your experiences, help others make the right choice!
