I visited here several times this year for my vacation and often enjoyed snacks, coffee, and aperitifs at the hotel bar. The service from the staff was always excellent. Conveniently located between Riva del Garda and Torbole, this place is a gem. The views of Garda Lake from the hotel are breathtaking. The hotel is a bit spartan but clean. The breakfast was first class along with the customer service. Great value. Highly recommended!

A wonderful Tuscan style villa recently completed set in its own Olive orchard with outside terrace and swimming pool. Beautifully Italian styled rooms each one with a different theme. We stumbled across this hidden gem by accident. One of the best meals we have had in a very very long time. Lovely ambiance and great food. Excellent small and friendly Hotel. The rooms are spotless and clean. The staff are very helpful, especially Marko, and they were always happy to give advice regarding travel and how to get around. I booked the spa to use the hot tub, as I don't use the sauna or Turkish bath. When we got there, the tub was having problems; it just wouldn't work. I immediately reported the problem several times to reception, and the lady came to check it out in person. She told us to wait a moment and she'd find a solution, but she never showed up again. I have just returned from a week in this hotel, sharing a twin room with my mum-in-law. Our stay was fabulous. Wow this is probably going to be our new hotel to stay at in when visiting the lake. The hotel is located at the perfect location. It is close to a coop and walking distance to several bike shops and restaurants. You can also easily walk to the beach.

The road that leads to the hotel doesn't allow cars, so I pulled over and my wife walked to the hotel where they told her we could access the road temporarily whilst we unloaded our luggage. Incredible breakfast full of fresh healthy foods, by far the best breakfast we had whilst travelling around the area. Great vegan options! Room was nice and comfy, indoor pool was nice to chill in October. Hotels a bit dated but it's no big deal. Location is great, 15 mins walk from the lake.

What a wonderful stay at your hotel! We thoroughly enjoyed everything you had to offer. The highlights were definitely the delicious breakfast and the shaded terrace in the morning. The extremely friendly staff was the "cream on the cake"! Truly top-notch! One very small point of attention are the small shower cabins. Definitely recommend, I arrived at night and when I woke up there was a spectacular view from the property. Very clean, wonderful staff and delicious pizza. I will definitely stay here again. Parking is on a steep hill so make sure your E brake works.

First off, the North lake Garda area is spectacular and the view from the hotel balcony is unbelievable. The hotel is modern, but very friendly. Staff are exceptional and the hotel restaurant is very nice for dinner after an active day. I stayed here for a specific event, but will definitely be back to explore more of the area.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It is a bit far from the center where all the restaurants are, but I walked this distance with pleasure along the lake shore with incredible views. The room was quite basic and poorly soundproofed, with a lot of light at night, and a standard breakfast. It's fine for one night, but for longer stays, you'd be better off looking elsewhere. The hotel is rather far from the lively center of Riva del Garda, but it's not far from the lake, and getting to the center from there is very pleasant.

A lovely hotel in a great location. We booked one of the suites which was excellent. The hotel also offers parking and a superb breakfast. Also a big shout out to Sally who meets you each morning with an infectious smile and warm welcome. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

Great stay. This hotel was a great location as part of our wider Lake Garda trip.. Parking on site, close walk into town, bike rentals very close and beautiful routes to run and cycle. Breakfast was also brilliant each morning, small selection but was plenty of what we needed to fuel for each day. Its one of the most amazing hotels i’ve ever been.Definitely rebooking again and recommend to everyone.Food was delicious and fresh made.I was amazed.The staff was very friendly and caring.

The Farmhouse is absolutely beautiful and the modern interior decor is stunning!! We had the suite and it was really well laid out and airy!! The bathroom is ultra modern! The balcony is peaceful and has incredible views of the lake and Monte Brione!! Breakfast is very tasty and plentiful!! Walking back from Riva town centre in the dark is an interesting experience!!

A green oasis for the weary traveler. The hotel building is simple but stylish; rooms clean and comfortable. The view of Lake Garda from our balcony was stunning. The grounds were quintessential Mediterranean, lawn and terraces with lemon and olive trees you see by a rosemary hedge.
