My only suggestion for this wonderful hotel is to create even an hour in the evening at the pool for adults only. I went to the pool to relax after a long trip. Children were screaming and diving into the pool from the edge, parents threw their children into the water playfully around me so I had water splashed in my face and so much water was splashed from the pool that my robe and slippers were wet...

An ideal resort hotel, especially suitable for a holiday with small children. The hotel has a gorgeous area where you can walk, look at the ducks. There is an exit to the lake directly from the hotel, the city center is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The hotel is located at a great location with walkable distance to city center and various beach around. The highlight was the morning breakfast which not only offers wide variety of options but also has a sole counter for fresh made egg dishes along with with crepes. The hotel is in nice surroundings. It is a 15 min walk into town (we knew this before booking) The room we had was in the main building but was of poor quality. This is already our 2nd time we chose this hotel for our climbing trip in Arco and we could not be more happy. Rooms are clean and tidy, cleaned every day, staff always ready to help. Booked 2 Junior suites for the family of 4. They gave us rooms 214 and 215. To reach 214 you have to take a lift/elevator, walk a few steps and climb a few steps to get to the 2nd lift. The hotel is old, like most in Italy, but it is comfortable. The staff’s service is very good, although at night the reception is unattended. If you check out very early in the morning, there might not be anyone at the front desk, so I recommend doing it the day before.

MAN BODY HAIR Elena was fantastic doing our check in and leaving the key in a safe place (We did late due to a road clousure). The room and spa were beautiful! I definitely recommend upgrading to a terrace room with lake views. It is so worth it to have the outdoor jacuzzi in your room. My hour reservation in the spa was so relaxing. I loved the different features of the steam room especially. I only regret not staying longer. I will absolutely return.

We had a 2 night stay at this hotel and we really enjoyed it. Very clean and well designed lobby and room. Good modern hotel with all the facilities needed. Good parking and has bicycles to use for free to help explore around. The fruit, croissants and juice for breakfast was fresh. However the beds are heavily uncomfortable we were basically sleeping on the floor. All around a nice hotel just needs better beds.

Good gym. Pool had lane swimming. Great clay courts and hotel will loan both tennis and squash racquets. Pool bar good food and drinks throughout the day.

A nice stay Very nice hotel, friendly staff and good facilities. Only a 15/20min walk down to the harbour. Only negative was the room was very hot as they don’t have air conditioning but a system that works off humidity. We found it not good at all.
