Super kind and helpful staff!
We had to cancel the trip to Riva because of unforeseen circumstances and our climbing tour becoming impossible thereafter. Usually hotels just keep the money and are pretty inflexible, but they granted us an exception and we got refunded, which I found so kind and heartwarming. Thank you so much! We will be back for the tour as soon as stars align! ☀️

Excellent renovated structure, easy access from the main road not far from the lake shore, beds with perfect mattress, friendly and helpful staff, able to give tourist information, good quality/price ratio, rich buffet breakfast

Economy room, very hot inside (air conditioning only heating, no cooking until May) and room mini-bar fridge not working. Entire night window have be wide open to cool down room but then you heard loud people down in the street and cars/bikes. Resume: we've had one very long and hot night with 3 hours sleeptime.

Breakfast very good and staff in restaurant excellent. Bar service (young lady) very good and kind. Reception could not provide any help regarding mini bar issue and room replacement not possible.

I Can recomend this place very much, close to the lake and nice Shops arrondissement. Little walk and you can reach caffes and Restaurants with ease.

Clean, delicious, well assorted and fresh breakfast buffet. Friendly personal. Magnificent view to the mountains. Very fair price. Perfect ambiance. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would come again. Highly recommended .

Kind young lady at reception was really friendly and gave us upgrade- room with a balcony.
Amazing buffet breakfast with plenty of choices. Free parking in the front of the hotel. Basic room but really clean.
Location a bit far away from city center but for this price worth it.

Nice, simple hotel, a short distance from the center of Riva del Garda. It’s about a 20 mins walk.
With a Bar, pool, wellness center and small restaurant. Great breakfast with a wide variety.
My room was a little small and noisy due to its location in the hotel.
Very friendly staff made for a pleasant stay.

Perfect location, amazing view, big rooms with everything you need. Super comfortable beds, top breakfast. We definetly recommend this hotel . Very friendly, helpful, patient staff we have ever met . I can't say enough good things about Hotel Rudy. The abbundant breakfast buffet was organized and ready to enjoy by friendly staff Alessio and Antonio . The drinks and snaks at the bar were prepared and served by Alessandro, Federico and Valentina. The rooms were perfectly cleaned and set up by Linda , Laura and Manuela. The front desk staff ( Alessandro, Lucia and Katharina) was alway helpful reccomending the best restaurants and icecream nearby. We are a big family and we Hotel Rudy made us feel like we were welcome all the time. Grazie di tutto.
