My only suggestion for this wonderful hotel is to create even an hour in the evening at the pool for adults only. I went to the pool to relax after a long trip. Children were screaming and diving into the pool from the edge, parents threw their children into the water playfully around me so I had water splashed in my face and so much water was splashed from the pool that my robe and slippers were wet...

An ideal resort hotel, especially suitable for a holiday with small children. The hotel has a gorgeous area where you can walk, look at the ducks. There is an exit to the lake directly from the hotel, the city center is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Probably 1 of the best hotel in our Italy trip. Hotel is clean, but sound proofing is not very good. The garden behind the hotel is superb.

It's OK but clearly showing its age. Definitely not a modern hotel in style and decor. The food is OK though I was taken back by the fact that in Italy kids would be offered packaged ice cream. It's a little back from the waterfront - say 3rd line of hotels. In HB option the dinner is served from 7:00 PM which is rather late (though that's a personal preference I guess).

We are back from a family vacation 2 adults and 2 kids.. The staying was amazing. we had nice room clean and tidy and all the services were impeccable! great breakfast and dinner and really enjoyed the time at the pool! Booked 2 Junior suites for the family of 4. They gave us rooms 214 and 215. To reach 214 you have to take a lift/elevator, walk a few steps and climb a few steps to get to the 2nd lift. The room and spa were beautiful! I definitely recommend upgrading to a terrace room with lake views. It is so worth it to have the outdoor jacuzzi in your room. We had a 2 night stay at this hotel and we really enjoyed it. Very clean and well designed lobby and room. The star of the show is obviously your own private jacuzzi overlooking the lake, truly amazing. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very accommodating. Rooms were really good and atmosphere overall. Slight minus from breakfast, which was titled as "Wonderbreakfast". It was only average in my opinion. Yogurt section was really good though!

We enjoyed staying in this hotel. The room was smaller but sufficient. Thy were able to accommodate us with a rollaway. The location was also great. I would like to mention their amazing breakfast buffet included with the room. A great communication via e-mail. Would definitively stay again.
