Lovely hotel, staff lovely and food drinks all great. Room wise, did lack an iron and not great to walk to other side of hotel to get some bits done. Also staying in Italy would have expected a coffee machine in room, not rubbish Nescafé sachets.. having said all this would go back! Stunning grounds and great location.

Fantastic hotel, superb food, beautiful gardens within walking distance to the edge of the lake. So much to see and do within the hotel, child friendly with play areas, food and kids club. After staying for a few days, I changed the best hotel among 3 hotels. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night and left early the next morning. I told the front desk that they had prepared breakfast in advance. It was quite good.

The breakfast is very rich and the service attitude is first-class. The sparrows are very cute and fly to the table to have breakfast together. The room is clean and tidy, and the pillows are very comfortable. It is 5 minutes away from Lake Garda and the transportation is very convenient.

Stay out of the underground garage! It’s so tight and the ramp is dangerously steep unless you have a super small car. The bed was two twin beds pushed together and we kept falling in the crack. It was very cheap, but not super nice. Appreciate the free breakfast. Front desk person left at 8 pm and didn’t explain how to check in or contact me.

From historical center of Riva, it's about 10 minutes walk. Bathroom was also big with a bathtub. Free parking available. The price was also very good. Its location is good because of its proximity to the lake, market and other hotels. Very tidy, spacious and well equipped with all necessities.

We visited during June 1st week. The staff is very polite. Rooms are good, pocket friendly and spacious. Bathroom attached is not that good. But the attached balcony is worth it. The view from the balcony is very good. Swimming pool is also clean. Hreat car parking space. Is at walkable distance from the lake. Has eateries very near to it. Has pizzeria, cafes and Indian restaurant just 300 m away.

Good modern hotel with all the facilities needed. Good parking and has bicycles to use for free to help explore around. The fruit, croissants and juice for breakfast was fresh. However the beds are heavily uncomfortable we were basically sleeping on the floor. All around a nice hotel just needs better beds.
