was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived at the check in with the welcoming smile of Theresa, every detail reflected the hotel’s dedication to comfort, elegance, and genuine hospitality. The atmosphere is warm yet refined, the facilities beautifully designed, and the overall service consistently impressive.
But what truly elevated my stay was the exceptional service in the restaurant—especially thanks to Davide and Eva.
The beekeeper Paolo is the kind of professional who transforms a simple meal into a memorable moment.
The Masseurin share kindness, attentiveness, and genuine passion for work shine through in everything she does. They had the rare ability to take care your needs before you even express them, offering thoughtful recommendations and making you feel genuinely cared for throughout the dining experience.
If you’re looking for a place where luxury meets heartfelt hospitality, Adler SPA Resort Dolomiti is an excellent choice.

Room was spacious and comfortable with a gorgeous view of the mountains and the cable car. The comforters were wierd and we did have to request an extra blanket, but that was provided no problem. Great for couples and also seemed to be quite kid-friendly
Every service person we met was exceptional, and the breakfast was outstanding with a fantastic and ample selection. The hotel also provides high-quality e-bike rentals. The staff was incredibly flexible with the rental time when possible.
A few things are important to note for future guests. The central air conditioning made our room too warm, but we were provided a fan upon request. Also, be aware that if you open the windows with no screen, the noise and mosquitoes can be a problem.
Few minor hiccups were upon our arrival. A power outage in our room delayed our access to the spa, as it took them over an hour to send someone. That was unacceptable for such a hotel and the price paid. Once we finally got to the spa, we were told they were closing.We were told by the receptionist that the spa was open 24 hours, but later found out it closes at 8 p.m except for the exercise room.This was most likely a simple language barrier.
Despite these issues, we were able to thoroughly enjoy our stay, especially since we dedicated a rainy day to using all the great amenities.
